Buyer beware! They do not stand by their product or alleged warranty on their countertops. I spent thousands for quartz countertops and they have been treated perfectly. A crack has formed at the corner of my countertop and has started to spread. I contacted Keystone back in December and was given the run-around for months. Only now, mid-February did I receive a phone call from the office manager (Sue) who was rude, abrupt and refused to do anything about repairing the crack unless I paid money out of pocket to have someone come out. I sent them photos as soon as I noticed the crack. I offered to show them my counter is level and that this isn't a result of my 34-year-old house suddenly settling as she claimed. I never cut on my countertops or set anything hot on them. This is a manufacturer defect and I'm now having to either pay more money to repair it or live with an ugly and potentially unsafe crack in my countertop. To leave your customers high and dry after they pay you a lot of money for something done to their home is unacceptable but to also have this kind of attitude and rigidity rather than to work with and try and help your customers is inexcusable. I will never do business with Keystone Granite again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. You had the opportunity to create a great customer experience which would result in lifelong referrals for business but instead you've decided to ignore me, not communicate back in a timely manner and greedily want more money. Shame on you!
We had a wonderful experience using Keystone Outdoor Living design and build our outdoor kitchen. Very professional with incredible attention to detail, all with an affordable price. Highly recommend them.

After being bewildered and beleagured by one of your 'competitors', I walked into your showroom and was promptly helped, sold the right product, (and the right amount) of product, and made the sale that day without a lot of hassle. Kudos to Becky, and to the set up crew, and to the installation crew for making this a seamless phase of our remodel. We will be back again, and we will send our friends to do business with you.

Ordered a custom sized vanity countertop with attached sink. Item was shipped securely and fit perfectly on the old cabinets. I would use this company again.

I recommend Keystone at the highest level in terms of quality, price, and service! Keystone installed a topnotch quartz countertop to my kitchen that was at least $1000-2000 less than two other businesses I checked. Not only was the staff friendly and provided me with great information about different countertop materials and designs but they were extremely patient with me as I made multiple changes prior to ordering the final product. The installation crew was extremely professional and paid tremendous attention to the details of the job. This led to a great countertop that should last me a lifetime!

I can't say enough about this company and their staff. This place has the Best prices anywhere and a great selection. The man that came to do the template was awesome and pointed out that the cabinet installer didn't put the sink cabinets in correctly but still made the template so no delays for the installation 2 weeks later as well as told me what they needed to fix the issues. I had a new house build and my general contractor was on site and completed the fixes needed. When the installers came out everything fit perfectly and the small seam at the sink is matched so perfectly you don't even notice it and I know where it is and don't see it! I got highly recommended referrals from my Dad, brother and nephew who all have used this company and they were spot on. I had a much smaller kitchen in my old house and had granite installed about 15 years ago and the cost was actually a little more than what I paid for a larger kitchen and bathroom in my new house from Keystone. I Highly Recommend this company, hire them you will be so pleased and so will your bank account!! One of my general contractor saw my granite and I told him about Keystone and the cost and he said he was going to start using them for his future house builds due to the great work quality and the price, better than the company he was currently using. Thanks to my template and installation crew, you are very good at your job, so nice, knowledgeable and have a very satisfied and happy customer!!! My brother is also building a new house and had used Keystone in his old house will be using them soon for his new house. If you want beautiful granite countertops go with Keystone, I promise you will be so pleased. I also have to mention that I am a very picky person and I mean Very picky and I have nothing to complain about everything is perfect with my countertops.

I am so happy with Keystone! I'd highly highly recommend them to anyone from Corvallis to Portland. I looked at a few places for my kitchen renovation and their website was super helpful, as you can estimate the project by putting in the dimensions and material type. Their price was the best, so I went to their showroom in Salem and was pleasantly surprised at how professional everyone was and the vastness of their warehouse selection. All the women in the showroom were very helpful and communicative about the process.
They said it takes about a month to get the granite during the summer rush, which was faster than some places I talked to, and then they come out and template and your counters are installed 7-10 days after that. I ordered the Salinas White granite, which was an amazing price for the beautiful product I got.
Then my cabinet installers got sick, so I had to reschedule the template appt and they were very nice about it and didn't charge me, even though it was pretty last minute. I worked with Sue and Lisa and I think Kate? and everybody was great.
When the guy did the template, 8 days before Thanksgiving, he said they are super busy and the install will probably be after Thanksgiving. I was super bummed because I was really looking forward to having counters for cooking Thanksgiving dinner. Then Sue called and said they could come out the Wed before, and I was on top of the world!!
The installers were also very professional and quick. They obviously take pride in their work, because they noticed there was a half-inch gap between the back of the counter and the wall and called the office. The office said they would cut two new pieces at no charge and they come and replace them the next day. I really appreciate how they stood behind their work and were very careful with the details like sealing every inch, making sure the bar was fully supported, etc. I'm very happy with Keystone and would use them again in a heartbeat!

I am absolutely thrilled with the countertop- best price and excellent service! They have a great selection and we’re super knowledgeable and helpful even when we arrived close to closing time. We asked if we could get a sample (after we left the showroom) to match paint and they reached out to the manufacturer who sent one to us. Then the guy who came out to do the template also had a sample for us! And their price definitely beat anyone in the Portland area (who would return our calls.) These guys are great!

I rarely write reviews, but I feel that the reviews on Google for this company are not a good representation of my experience. 1. Keystone has the lowest prices in Oregon, and they don't downplay quality. We went to Keystone, sent over and outline of our kitchen. They gave us a quote for the product (quartz) we chose. We paid a 50% deposit and they scheduled the template to come out 1 week later. He came (cant remember his name) did a great job very professional. 2 Weeks later we had our counters installed. Fernando did the job with his team, and it turned out great. Would use and recommend them over and over. People with negative reviews about the time it took, clearly don't have an understand of this industry and a 2 week turn-around time is rather fast.
