These people will lie and give false promises to get your business.
My back door has thin side windows that go from the floor to the top of the door, which we like to open when the weather is nice to get some fresh air in the house. Unfortunately I also have a Kitty who sometimes doesn't realize there's a screen in the window and could run into it, And he broke it. The fellow who came out to give me an estimate for The screen repair Said that he 100% money-back guaranteed that no animal would be able to break through the new screen he would install. That sounded good to me so I paid the 200 plus dollars that it cost for the custom pet screen and the professional installation, Which my cat promptly broke through in less than 2 months. When I called them to request either a repair or refund they assured me they would never make that guarantee, I'd have to pay the full replacement fee, AND any guarantee they MIGHT have made would be about an animal cutting through the screen, not breaking it out of the frame. Which is what I had described to the owner when he came out for the estimate in the first place so he KNEW that was the concern.
They are dishonest, do poor work, and are not worth your business.
Good service and prices. Need a new window screen, process was quick and easy. Nice people.

They came to my home and measured my windows. Great information. Price was very reasonable. I'm waiting for my screens to be installed but am confident they will be made well. Thanks- Rebecca

This place is fantastic. Same day service emergency window repair. Showed up when they said they would and worked quickly and efficiently. The place I own was in the news as the window broke from a pipe bomb or something blowing up outside the apartment. These guys not only beat the news crew there, but had it repaired before they showed up.

I went in for the first time today. I was looking for some parts that were hard to find for my old storm windows. Allison was so kind and helped find the parts I needed. It was so nice to receive such kind and professional service. I highly recommend this business!

We stopped in July to look at doors. We ordered the door in August (after a few calls and emails to get a response) and scheduled delivery and install in late September. In mid-September, I emailed and called 6 times over a 10 day period to postpone install, due to travel on our end. I finally heard back from Dena (who's great) that her and the other owner had Covid and they hadn't been able to respond, totally understandable. But she informed me the door was in and we rescheduled install for end of October.
Our install appt was this morning at 9. At 8:30, Alison (whos really friendly) called to let me know the door isn't in yet and cancelled installation this morning. She's having the owner call me back after they talk to the vendor to see when they can get the door in.
Strange. Seems like a great company, but I'm glad I bought on my American Express in case there's a challenge, although everything with Pandemic now is challenging it seems.
I'll update after the I hear more and hope to eventually have a great review for this small business in Salem Oregon!

During the ice storm in February we had the patio screen track freeze and brake. We ordered it and new it was back ordered due to Covid. Was so pleased when we were called last week to pick it up. Great job thank you all so much.

Stopped in and talked to the shop, very nice and friendly. Showed up on time for measuring appointment and gave us an estimated time for build. Within a day or two of that date we received a phone call to install and they were here on time for the install. Installer very friendly and professional. They did however miss a screen during the measuring appointment, and the installer is currently back building and will be back same day service. I will use these guys again and will pass them along to family and friends. Do not hesitate to use this business!!
