Much like a few other posts, we went in shopping for a new front door. The young man helping us, took all our details and contact info, promising a quote by the end of the day.
And now we’ve been ghosted. Even after emailing him for a response, we’ve never heard back. Apparently they don’t need the business.
How to express it. How about "it took seventeen months to get two doors installed on our house"? First they recommended the wrong contractor, but I can almost forgive them for that. They seemed disinclined to realize that we actually wanted to buy doors, sending us an estimate no fewer than three times. Then they made the wrong doors. We waited months for them to arrive, months for the inept contractor to paint them and finally get around to come and install them, only to find out that they weren't what we ordered. Waited months for new doors. Back door went in just fine. Front door swung the wrong direction. Had to be completely rebuilt. By this time they had built five doors for us and we had waited months each time. And guess what? Now the hardware was the wrong color. We ordered brushed nickel, they sent bronze. Had to remove doors and reinstall completely with new hinges. Remember that every time something went wrong we had to wait months for the contractor to re-emerge from his hidey hole. Avoid this company if at all possible. Go to Lowe's.

I have never been here before.
The show room was well organized, the staff were helpful.
The gentleman who helped us, knew one of our staff members, and was able to negotiate selling to us a wonderful returned (undamaged) at cost.
A very generous gesture.
I'm sad to see others in the reviews having a poor experiences with this business, but I can only speak for myself.

Prices, service, quality, availability A++++. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Home Depot or Lowes NOPE!!!

Great show room but that's about it. Ordered the door in mid July. It almost mid November and still NO door. I would have cancelled but they said there would be a restocking fee even though they don't even have the door in stock... :/ but they offer to give us a free track for the barn door but still no door which I guess is cool. Still I rather rather have the door as promised and pay for the track.

Went in on a Saturday, only one person working. Which was fine we waited our turn and he directed us towards a great door option. He took our order and number and email and said he would have to email us the quote, which is fine. We even discussed delivery. He never got ahold of us. We called and left a message, no return call.

Well, after trying 3 times to remedy the wrong size door, this is what I was given. I had a couple doors to order and decided to start with the “simple” one, a pre-hung interior door. I wouldn’t recommend using this company if you want anything done correctly or in a timely manner. Looks like I’m going to take the custom exterior door orders like literally anywhere else.

This company doesn’t deserve one star. Will never deal with this company again due to the horrible lack of communication and attitude. Ordered doors in July and never received a call to let us know they were in. We were originally told they would take one week to get in. We ended up calling to check the status and were told they weren’t ready. Salesman finally called end of September to let us know they were ready. We called less than a week later to make sure everything was good to go and they told us the doors were not ready and we’d have to come the next day. So we show up as told, pay for the doors and try to ignore the derogatory comments and excuses from the salesman. We load up the doors and notice they are the wrong doors. Salesman gets extra arrogant with us and tells us he’s been doing this for 30+ years and he knows what he’s taking about. At this point we are done with this whole process and the attitude we have encountered on multiple occasions. We returned the product and found doors elsewhere for much cheaper. This is not the first time we’ve had problems with this company or it’s salesman. We will never use this company again. We will never recommend this company as well.

We had a great experience ordering custom doors. Their showroom had a wide array of options so it was pretty straightforward to order what we wanted after seeing it in person. The price was reasonable and the doors were ready in two weeks. They also recommended a contractor for the install who did a great job.
