Extremely flakey and beyond terrible communication, like weeks between asking a question and getting an answer. I bought a house with a bunch of defective windows that Haras originally installed, so I figured I would give them a try. Going on well over a month trying to buy windows and can't even get in touch with someone to get my order squared away. I have several other companies lined up to give me estimates and I will be very happy to not have to deal with Haras if I don't have to. I recommend you stay away from this company.
Edit May 2024 (per their office manager's request): I ended up using their services at all. Increasing the review stars from 1 to 3 because they were by far the least expensive bid, installed in a timely manner (once a date was set), and the results look nice. When in communication with them, they are friendly and caring; it just took way too long to get the ball rolling due to the horrendous delays in communication.
I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the team at Haras Vinyl Windows for their exceptional service during their recent visit to my home. They conducted a thorough inspection of my window where we've been having issues with a water leak. Not only did they identify the problem, but they also provided me with details on how to fix it and challenges to expect.
I really appreciated the time Mike took to explain everything clearly, ensuring I understood where the issue was originating and what steps could be taken to fix it. It's rare to encounter such transparency and professionalism.

Hara's installed almost all the windows in my home. I'm guessing because it was such a large job it mattered to them. After making a large payment over the phone with a debit card that I never use in any store or online(it's just for large home upgrades) there is fraud on my card. Someone tried enjoying a long holiday weekend at the Oregon Cost with my money; not saying it was them, but just suspicious. I let that go and decided to try again, I would have been a returning customer, but apparently the job isn't enough for them to care about. It's been since December that I've been trying to schedule to replace a window pane, but all I keep getting is that they have to talk to Mike. They call one morning expecting me to be ready that same morning (apparently Mike found time out of his busy schedule, even though he has a team who can manage without him) I mention I have tenants and that's not an option (I have to give notice and I also have to take time off work and can't do it the moment Mike decides he's ready). It's been a very unprofessional experience so far; as a returning customer I am very disappointed and just plan to look elsewhere for the help.

Hara's Windows replaced our old windows, including two sets of double size sliders. They did a great job! Highly recommend.

Got new windows throughout the house. They explained everything during the quote, and adjusted to meet our needs. Friendly people all the way around. Overall, a great experience.

I had triple pane windows installed. After installation I kept feeling air coming in. Then the rains came. We had leaks in the window. The owner came out and said it was a leak from above. There had never been a leak there before. He caulked the window and left. It leaked again. This time he went in the attic to try and prove his point. Surprise, no leak. He still would not reinstall. After numerous attempts to get him to reinstall, and contacting another contractor, he finally reinstalled, correctly this time. The first time, he reused flashing and tape window. Run from this company. I definitely do not recommend. If I could give him zero stars I would.

I needed to order 3 windows and two of them were casement windows (crank out). I shopped around and these guys were lots cheaper so I ordered them. They custom made to fit my openings and they even gave me free delivery because Mike was giving a quote in my area. I was quite pleased with the quality of them and am very happy with the service they gave. I highly recommend using them for your window needs.

Mike Weaver of Hara's Windows gave us an estimate for total window replacement of energy efficient vinyl windows for our home. The price was fair and the entire experience was professional, and we couldn't be happier. What a difference it has made for our home with the updated look as well as the uv protection. We love them. Thanks to Mike, his office staff, and his hard working crew. We really appreciate the job they did and we would highly recommend Hara's to anyone.
