There were admittedly a few problems with my original install. But honestly, I think it’s hard to see what anyone...individual or business...is truly made of until you get to see how they handle themselves in a tough situation. The fact is, human errors happen to the best of us. It also should be noted that I was born with an extremely accurate eye for angles and measurements, for whatever reason. This has been both a blessing and a curse! In addition, I did business with this company during an intensely stressful period in my life, just finishing up a newly built home, with all the financial and emotional stresses that go along with that. This undoubtedly made a challenging situation more challenging yet. The bottom line for me, though, is the end result, so that’s what I’ll focus on here; 1. Shelly did a phenomenal job of presenting all of my choices and making her own professional recommendations. She put together a fair quote on a product that PERFECTLY fits my home! 2. Jeff, their professional installer, is at least as particular as I am with regards to his very precision work - I’m extremely happy with the final outcome! 3. Brad (I believe he’s the owner?) did a great job of working with me on a few little glitches in the beginning. EVERYBODY at Best Vue blinds has great integrity and a focus on the “whatever it takes” mentality regarding customer satisfaction. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this business to anyone in need of quality custom blinds for their home or business. Thanks guys! I love my WiFi power blinds! -Jason Cobb

I just ordered one miniblind for our bathroom remodel. It came in on time and was easy to install. When we get ready to upgrade our other window coverings we will definitely get in touch with Jon as he took very good care of us even though it was just a small order.
