Good experience over all. The fellow who came out was thorough and he even stopped by a second time to answer a question. Very cool. I received a written hard copy of the bid in the mail. Everybody on the email/phone train was helpful and courteous. When the first crew arrived to do the removal they were wearing harnesses on the roof, which indicates your commitment to safety. (You have no idea how many companies have workers in unsafe situations.) I appreciate this. The job went smoothly and it looks great. There was even a follow-up visit to make sure everything was done right. Good work. I'm ready for winter.

All the experiences I have had with this company have been great! Calling to schedule was a great experience. Ronnie came out and was able to fix a leak on our metal shop roof within an hour and did a great job! Their pricing is fair and reasonable. We had a skylight that received recent damage in the ice storm and are having this company come back out because of the great work they have done. We highly recommend this roofing company based on our experience and work.

THE BEST!!!! They did an impeccable job on our home's roof last year, and when our warehouse developed many leaks during an ice storm, causing water to drip onto product and through a heating unit, they were there like shining knights! I need more stars to do River Roofing the justice it deserves!!

I chose River Roofing to replace the roof on my 1950's home. With no direct referrals I wanted a long time established local business. The crew of Shawn, Phil, and Kyle arrived early, got straight to work. And tackled some pretty serious repair issues. This crew deserves recognition for their quality of work, diligence, and general productivity.

River Roofing performed to very high standards! From product choice to installation was a smooth and pleasant experience. They showed up at the appointed time and finished when they projected to do so. The crew as very professional, personable and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend River Roofing to anyone who is seeking a new roof.

River Roofing did a great job on my roof! I'm very satisfied with it. The price was fair and they replaced a few rotten boards as needed. The workers were friendly and efficient during the installation process and handled my anxious dog well. They did an excellent cleanup job as well!

After getting quotes from 5 different companies, it was pretty clear that River Roofing was the way to go. From the moment I signed the contract they took excellent care of me and my roof. I had an issue with a vent that was leaking into my microwave 4 months before they were scheduled to come out and do the install. I called, and they sent someone out the same day. I was originally scheduled for an end-of-April installation, but they got it done at the end of February instead. The whole crew was friendly and courteous. They worked quickly, and the finished product looks great. I would absolutely recommend them!
