I would give them more stars if they were available!!! My husband and I are very pleased with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Portland and their employes. Our installers: Ozzie and Luis who did an amazing job. They removed our old tub shower and installed a new walking shower IN ONE DAY!!!. They didn't install anything without asking where or how we wanted them as well as advising us of “why” which was very helpful. When we read the advertisement promising to do the installation in one day, I thought that can’t be done in one day, unless they send a group of 5 or more people.
On the installation day, only Mr. Ozzie and Mr. Luis arrived around 8: AM. My husband and I talked to each other saying “only two people came, the work won’t be done today” For our surprise, they finished around 4:30 PM. They did such a wonderful job! The shower looks so, so nice; we love it.
Besides the excellent job, Mr. Ozzie and Mr. Luis were very professional, kind and respectful. After the work was done, they clean up very well. Muchas gracias Sr. Ozzie, Sr. Luis, y Jacuzzi Bath remodel team.
Our shower looks amazing! We love it! They surpassed our expectation! The Jacuzzi team from Andrea Brown their Interior Design Specialist, to their remodel crew Tyler, Valentino, Jose, and others. The price is a bit steep but well worth the quality at this point. The payments are within reason. The process was pretty simple. They took care of the permit, demo, installation, plumber, cleanup. They take half upfront and the rest when done. The remodel was purchased in mid-April and finished by the end of June. Once materials were in (the longest wait) it only took two days from demo to finish. It would have been one day but our drain was a bit off center and the plumber fixed it easily. Truly it was top-notch service!! Thank you again Jacuzzi Team & City Inspector.

I love my new shower! It’s beautiful. The installers were so professional and friendly, they made sure I was happy with the installation and placement of each component of the install. I work from home, and have multiple meetings a day. The installers engaged with me on my schedule so there was no impact to work. I would highly recommend Jacuzzi, and will continue my bath remodel with their products.

Our new Walk in Shower install Was great. The Installers Ozzie and Luis were absolutely awesome. Very personable and Polite. The workmanship was great and kept the Wife and I informed every step of the way. Thank you. We would love to have Ozzie and Luis back to do our number Two (2) Shower.

My bathtub/shower convert looks phenomenal!!! The installers Domingo and Garrett did an amazing job ?. I would rate them 11 stars out of 10! At the beginning of install, there was an issue with the shower pan and the wrong wall was ordered. I was so disappointed, but it needed to be remedied. Since it was my only bathroom, the installers set it up for me to use until the correct items were ordered, basically a new install. I was very grateful of that and willing to wait. After a few weeks of waiting and a few calls, they finally came out with the correct product and then some.
Domingo and Garrett came back to fix the problem. I appreciated all their effort, opinions, and explanations. Even though at the beginning it was a bad experience, Jacuzzi did everything they possibly could to make certain I was happy and to rectify the situation. I’m very happy with my new shower. Thanks again to the installers also I want to include my thanks to Andrew D. for bringing out the multi-function shower head (took the extra hour trip) and manager Dan & Tim for all your help!
P.S. Just a suggestion, the bonus for the installers should be double, since they had to come out twice.

Ozzie and Luis were amazing! Our install was quick, only one day. They took care to make sure our floors were protected and the area kept and left clean. The shower is beautiful! They were friendly and open to helping us with design choices. The safety features were the biggest draw to this remodel, and they were helpful in making sure the safety bars, seat, and shower head were in the right position. We would be more than happy to have them work with us again.

We are really impressed and very happy with the remodel of our bath by Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Portland. Our installers, Paul and Hiroki, were professional and friendly. They answered all of our questions and concerns and did excellent work. The total install took only two days from start to finish and is not only beautiful but solid. Ours is a very small bathroom. Having the tub removed and this shower installed really made a big difference.

Our installers, Arnulfo, Ulises and Jose were awesome. They were all very polite and friendly, and when questions arose they advocated for us and made sure everything was done correctly. They were also very accommodating with my 5 and 2 year old grandchildren who were present during the installation process. They did.a great job and made the process very easy!
