I cannot recommend this company enough! I called in a panic after removing the carpet in our newly purchased 1930s home and discovering the floors were in terrible condition when we were hoping to move in shortly. They patiently explained the process for refinishing floors and juggled their schedule to accommodate our tight timeline. You can't even tell where the floors were previously damaged and they did an impressive job patching a poorly repaired area. After refinishing the upstairs, we decided they looked so beautiful that we wanted to do the downstairs as well which further delayed our move but was well worth it. Very professional, communicative, and detail oriented with competitive pricing. We are quite picky so when I wasn't pleased with a floor transition they immediately addressed it to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for refinishing or flooring services and am pleased to support a small local business owned by such genuinely nice and hard working people.
We highly recommend anyone dealing with water damage in their home or kitchen floors to contact Oregon Flooring LLC as they will walk you through the different options on replacing or repairing your floors. We contacted several General Contracting companies then later moved to self repair with Home Depot as this gave us more flexibility but quickly discovered their are limitations on what can be done. So, if you are looking for quality floor install and give you added flexibility to your situation this company will get it done for you. They did a grade A quality job for us and we do plan to do a full 1st floor remodel and we plan to hire them for any future floor updates in the future!!!

Their work was ok. Floors look decent. They really beat up the baseboards (I’m repairing and repainting all of them now) and their detail was sloppy (picture attached). Can still see all the nail holes in the stairs too. No real cleanup upon completion either - dust everywhere and equipment left behind. I’d only hire them in the future if I planned to hire another company afterward to repair all the damage.

I cannot recommend them enough. They absolutely exceeded my expectations, truly went above and beyond. I’ve recommended them to friends and family because they have competitive pricing, utmost professionalism, extremely responsive and incredibly talented at what they do. As you can see from the pictures I added, my floors were disgusting and damaged from years of neglect by tenants. When they came in and did their work, the floors were left like new. My friends asked if I had the floorboards replaced entirely, that’s how amazing they left them. Would hire them in a heartbeat!

Sergio and Rodolfo were incredible to work with and did such amazing work!
We recently bought a house and, after tearing out carpet in pre-move-in haste, we realized the floors could use some love a little sooner than planned. I reached out to Sergio for a quote and he was super friendly and answered all my questions/concerns without ever being condescending, unlike some other contractors that recently quoted the same job. Their rates were great and he had an option to add flush wooden vent covers to make it look even nicer than I could imagine!
I feel so lucky they were able to squeeze me in for this job! We were hoping to beat the clock and have the floors refinished before all our furniture got moved into the new house.
Now the house is looking beautiful! These floors are great and they patched over an ugly/defunct vent at the entrance, so it has made a world of difference walking through the front door and now just seeing this gorgeous floor shining with new light.

Oregon Flooring replaced our old worn out carpet with beautiful new white oak floors. The project was completed early and slightly under budget, and communication was stellar. We are very happy with their quality of workmanship! I will recommend them to anyone considering new flooring, and hope to work with them on another project next year. Thank you Oregon Flooring!

I would give a zero star if I could! They were utterly disappointing in terms of their promise and delivery. They did a decent job with our floor. But they didn't do anything under our fridge and wanted us to remove the fridge to do that part, which was quite unprofessional. They had a contract to do all The hardwood floor, but they refused to do that part. Later after 5 months, we were able to move the fridge with help of other people and asked Sergio if he can come one day and just work on the area under the fridge (less than 2ft by 2ft). I told him that he doesn’t have to match colors or anything, just need to take the old floor off that 4 sq ft area and put some protective sheen on. But he argued with me and said that he won't do it for free despite it was under 6 months warranty of their work. He asked me $350-$400 additional of that 4 square ft work which was supposed to be done with the initial contract. When I also mentioned that some part of the floor where they put fillers on came off (please see the attached photo), he accused me of making excuses to force him so that for free! I was really very disappointed and upset with his behavior and attitude. He was very nice when we started the world but after the work is done and I gave them the money, their behavior changed! I highly doubt whether they will respect their words about warranty! I probably will never recommend them to anyone who wants to work on the flooring. Also despite asking them for receipt and warranty, they never sent me those documents. I will not recommend them to anyone. I would rather spend more money on a professional person who would respect his words and communicate nicely.

We had a great experience with Oregon Flooring Company and we have been praising their work to our friends and family! They helped us after a different contractor bailed so we wouldn’t have to wait even longer to move in. Communication was above and beyond. The work ethic and quality was impressive. And everyone raves about our floors! We highly recommend them!

Oregon Flooring installed some new hardwood flooring to tie into our existing hardwood floor and refinished the old flooring. They did an outstanding job and are above excellent in all areas! They are professional, prompt, friendly and courteous, and offer excellent pricing. We have lived in our home 20+ years and have hired other companies previous to Oregon Flooring and never received the service and quality of craftsmanship we got with Sergio and his team. Thank you Sergio for a beautiful floor!
