We had a water leak coming into the garage that we finally zeroed in on the source, woodrot from the second story window. We called Ace and asked if this was something they could do. Not only was it in their wheelhouse but they have seen this before and felt confident they could repair the siding and trim easily. The estimate for time and materials was more than reasonable. Their craftsman Kyle confirmed the appointment the night before AND was early the next day. He confirmed what roofers had told us was the cause and got to work immediately. Not only did he repair and replace all the damage, he added weather barrier and sealing that it was lacking before. I will totally use the company again and may ask for Kyle if there is anything on our lists that is in his skill set.

He did drywall, placed and attached cupboards to my kitchen wall...installed kitchen sink and attached water lines, installed dishwasher and water lines/wires. He even ran dishwasher spin cycle twice to make sure installed and running accordingly...i could not be happier. David was meticulous - more than me - the client. That speaks volumes right there! Beau was excellent! He called the night before our project began to ask questions and understand what was needed. He arrived 10 mins early which is awesome! He was super friendly and knowledgeable about installing our new door. He was fast, courteous and respectful of our property. We would have had him stain the door, but are waiting on the weather too cool down below 90 degrees before we do that. For sure would use Ace Handyman Services in the future! 10/10 would hire again.

Very pleased with our experience of using Ace Handyman services for the first time. Everything from the initial contact to the work done by Casey was excellent. He arrived exactly on time, we talked about the scope of work, and he kept me apprised of what he was doing every step of the way. He replaced shingles on our roof, which had been damaged by the January ice storm, installed a new attic fan, and worked on putting a new seal around our toilet, which had begun to leak. All this in five hours! He was extremely friendly and very skilful. I will definitely use this company again, and I am right now making a list of other projects they could help me with.
