I've had the pleasure of working with Tyler Washburn, both as a coworker and as a customer. He's just an all-around amazing guy, quick to respond, very knowledgeable, and trustworthy.
This company after a walk thru is truly on point. I really hope I get hired on. If not, this company knows what it's doing

Wonderful help! We had a very specific need— remodeling a bathroom to ADA standards and our salesperson went above and beyond to pull together a cohesive, stylish look that is functional. The person living in the home gets to bathe in a beautiful space that doesn’t feel at all institutional, a common problem when choosing accessible fixtures. Additionally, all the “behind the scenes” parts and fixtures were carefully chosen and our order came complete and with no do-overs. Highly, highly recommend!

Went in today to pick out shower head, handles, etc and was told no one could help me without an appointment and they were booked 6 days out. What?! Just to speak to someone?! Won't be going back. EVER. Went to George Morlan and they had what I needed and they were NOT rude.

Recommended by our plumber, who did not tell us an appointment was required. No greeting, unfriendly staff. We were told no one was available to help, and it was not suggested that we return at a better time. We were asked "Is it just ONE bathroom?" We did not feel like they wanted our business.
