Excellent customer service and an extremely thorough inspection! Ted compiled all findings (including photos and notes) in a binder and went through all items in detail, answering any questions I had. Ted is an expert and clearly takes pride in his work-- I highly recommend him for your home inspection.
Ted did an amazing job and was very thorough inspecting our new property. He spent time gong through areas of concern. Kyle was very professional and skilled in doing the inspection for a home I made an offer on. I really appreciated his help in detailing the areas of concern and showing me where all the major shut-offs are located. He is a gem!

We love Pillar to Post they give detailed inspections and are very thorough. The 360 virtual walk through is very helpful for our contractors and to review the property. We have used them on multiple properties this year alone.

Truly 5 Star Service !!
I had a small Mixed Use apartment complex inspected. The team did a fantastic job. The looked in places I didn't even know existed.
They spent 11 hours on the jobsite looking at everything.
I spent a little more, and upgraded to the middle package. That included a digital floor plan of everything and infrared imagery, allowing me to see pooled water in the ceiling, that I would never been able to see otherwise.

Setting our inspection appointment was easy on the Pillar to Post, Westside Team website. Our inspector, Ted, was very professional and patient as he answered all of our questions. At the end of the inspection, he provided the most thorough and comprehensive explanation of his inspection report that I have ever received! I will definitely refer Ted and Pillar to Post, Westside Team, to everyone.

We had a great experience with Pillar To Post Home Inspectors. As a first time home buyer, the entire process can be a little nerve-racking, but our inspector made us feel comfortable and at ease with our decision. He was extremely thorough and explained every little detail to us.
