Cascade Roofing did a spectacular job of replacing my roof which was 22 years old and in bad shape. They were courteous and knowledgeable in the bid process, told me exactly what they would do and kept me up to date on time of installation. During the project they let me know if any sheeting needed replacing (two small spots that had started to rot) and worked fast. They also replaced all my old vents. The 2.5 day project took 1.5 days and the yard was left almost spotless. I would highly recommend them (and have) to anyone who wants a high quality roof. Love the look of it, especially the way they did the ridges!

2017: Not the lowest bid in town, but If you want top-quality craftsmanship and customer service you can count on, give them the job. They employ their own crew, not fly-by-night guys, and they treat them right. The result is beautiful work, good old-fashioned service, and a roof you can be proud of. They have a way of letting you know they appreciate your business too. I can honestly say 4 years later, I am extremely happy with my roof! 2022 update: I sold my house and the warranty was transferable to the buyers! Carolyn was so helpful all those years later when I couldn’t find my paperwork, she was glad to help! top notch from beginning to end!

Their bid was slightly higher than some others I received, but after some back and forth with a few questions I had it was clear they knew what they were doing and would deliver a high quality result. We were not disappointed! The new roof looks great, they repaired some minor sagging sections and rotting decking, and I can feel confident knowing our roof is now in great shape. They are ethical and stand by their quality work. We noted one window screen was damaged after the roof work, and they quickly arranged replacement for us. Last year I selected Cascade Roofing to inspect and then replace my roof in Portland. I had used them to replace another roof a few years ago and they did a great job. This time I made just one call to Cascade for this job because of the great job they did on my previous house. Daniel from Cascade was professional and easy to work with on pricing, scheduling, installation and final clean-up. They replaced the roof quickly and did a fantastic job. A roof is not something you want cheap work done on and I am again very pleased with Cascade Roofing. I highly recommend them for any roofing needs.

We had an awesome experience with Cascade Roofing. We had a 3 layer tear off and needed all new sheeting and roofing . The estimator came out and told us what to expect, they were competitive. During installation the crew was clean and respectful of the property and they worked very hard to clean up from the huge tear off we had. The property was kept spotless. They worked hard every day to minimize our disruption. It was like watching a well oiled machine…they had a system in place for everything. Tarps to haul off the old and systems for adding the sheeting and roof. It was completely done in 3 days!!! They had 8 people working on our roof. It was incredible. Highly recommend!

After receiving bids from four contractors, I selected Cascade Roofing Portland. Though they were not the least expensive, they were competitive. My neighbor used them a year ago and was very pleased. The whole process with Cascade was professional, helpful, no high pressure and top notch quality from the sales on through to installation and clean-up. They replaced the roof using their own team and did a GREAT job! They finished the roof in one day. The only thing they subcontracted was the guttering which they disclosed from the beginning. The subcontractor however is one they have used for years and the only one they use. Great working relationship and communication between the two companies. Very pleased with the work and there were no surprises. I highly recommend Cascade Roofing - Portland!! Their integrity and quality is refreshing!
