The kitchen cabinet drawer boxes we ordered are working very well. We chose Baltic plywood and are very pleased with the construction and fit. The dovetails are a precise fit and went together very quickly and efficiently, square and tight. Wait time was a reasonable 2 1/2 weeks. Definitely will be ordering additional drawer boxes as we upgrade our existing kitchen cabinets.

We absolutely love our Barker cabinets and would highly recommend them to any friends thinking about a remodel. Excellent customer service and quality cabinets!! We ordered maple flat front cabinets and love how they turned out.

What a disappointment with this company. After waiting over two months to try to get a good undamaged product/door. The 1st delivery had two damaged doors that I couldn't use and the second delivery had one. We couldn't wait any longer and decided to fix the door in order to finish the job. This was a $1,200 order and all we asked for is a refund on a $60 door. Here's the response from Barker Door. Hello, Well it happened again. One of the door was damaged. The 16 7/8" x 32 7/8" has a big dent on the side. Not very happy about this since I'm behind schedule on this job because of the doors. I don't have time to wait for a new one to be made. I will just have to bondo it and move forward with the job. I would like Barker Door to make things right and at least issue a refund for this door. Not a happy customer. Theres No way we would have shipped the damage door the way it look sin the image. I don't doubt that the door was made correctly on your end. I think it's a problem with the carrier not being careful. Unfortunately I just can't wait for another door to be made and shipped. I can't make my client wait any longer. Please just issue a refund for the one door and we'll call it good. I think thats more than fair considering that I've been very patient on my end. Having the same door damaged twice is very frustrating (for both of us, I assure you). I hear your request for a refund of this door. Unfortunately this is not possible per the terms of our website, which are pretty clear regarding situations like this. In reviewing everything below however, I would be willing to break from policy and provide you with a partial refund for your trouble in fixing up the door on site as a goodwill gesture, which you appear to have done already. I can issue a credit of $35 back to your card, which should more than cover the cost of the Bondo and your labor (most of which would have been waiting for the filler to set, presumably). If this is not agreeable, please let me know and I will get the paperwork submitted for round three of this remade door for you. I don't need to read the lenthy terms of Barker Door. Either you will do the right thing or not. This isn't the way to treat a customer. It's not like I'm asking for a whole refund of a $1,200 dollar order. You keep telling me that you will make things right by making the same door a third time. That's not making things right in my book. That's just frustrating me even more. Especially since I already fixed the problem. Do what you you want to do. I will take my business elsewhere and leave the appropriate feedback on social media. I do not know what is in "your book", because unlike our clearly stated warranty policies, that info is not publicly available. It is my job to ensure that you are provided with what you had ordered. You did not order a damaged door, and so it falls on me to provide you with a door that is not damaged. There is nothing in our warranty that stipulates providing a free product if the customer is unable to wait for a replacement. On the contrary: Thanks I will post our conversations on social media. By way it's not a free product if the customer never gets an undamaged product that was purchased. Tell you what go ahead and issue the credit of $35 and make a new door and deliver it. I ordered simple drawer boxes. They arrived looking very good. Built with furniture grade plywood (5/8"?), and clear coat finished as ordered. I was able to easily modify them for my application. I highly recommend them, based on the quality of their workmanship. Thank you Barker Cabinets.

We had open kitchen cabinets and wanted to enclose them with glass doors. We had used Barker in the past and the quality of product is second to none! We followed their directions for measuring the job and submitted it with our order for 4 door frames. The product was shipped to us in well constructed packaging...frames and hinges. We were able to install them in less than an hour and will now move on to painting. great job Barker!

Supremely well-made, and easy to assemble (even by a novice such as myself). Purchased 24 cabinets to do a full renovation of my kitchen and could not be happier with the quality and the excellent customer service. When a few pieces were damaged in shipping, they made it right quickly. Highly recommend!

We had an outstanding experience with this company! We got the pure white maple doors and we Love them! Outstanding quality, really helpful tutorials on how to measure, and exceptional customer service. You can't call them but if you send a text or email they get back within 2 hours. My husband did the measuring (about 6 times lol) and we got paint to match the doors, which he did as well. The installation was not bad, having the drills that he used, and the finished product is beautiful. We literally saved $18,000.00 doing this project ourselves with Barker doors over the estimate that Home Depot gave us for the same exact project! Can't recommend them highly enough!! We will absolutely use them again.
