We ordered slabs of EleQuence Floretta Quartz (3cm) from Elemar recently. During cutting the slabs they broke due to manufacture defects. We email and call Elemar about the problem; after our customer called they send Kerrisa and Daniel to see the broken slabs in our shop. They agreed the slabs have defects; yet refused to replace them. This is the reason why i am writing a review of their product and service. First, they said it would be a few weeks before they can send somebody. Then, they don't want to replace the slab in-spite of clear evidence of slabs having cracks and voids on the back of the slabs. This is seen in the pictures provided in this review. I have heard from a different fabricator that Jay (the owner) wouldn't replace slab and that he would find an excuse for not replacing defective material. Therefore, Elemar is not recommended for Slabs due to poor service and defective slabs which has caused delays, time and resources in dealing with slabs that has voids and cracks. I would suggest to go with a different vendor if you don't want to deal with defective slabs.

Very friendly and helpful. We had been to a couple other places and I loved EleMar. They answered all questions. Were helpful explaining general price points and had exactly what I wanted. Just because it is there does not mean available some are already all spoken for. So don't get your hopes up until you put your hold on it. But I loved what we picked. So many great choices. They have marblez quartz, soapstone, quartzite. Well layed out in the warehouse. Colors are more vibrant in person.

I've been to every slab place in Portland, and I think Elemar has the most beautiful inventory, especially if you're looking for light colored stone. I wanted a marble-like look but with more durability, and Elemar had the largest selection by far. Incredible customer service! When I decided on my stone and was looking for a specific piece, most places could not be bothered to update me on their inventory. The folks at Elemar called me each time a new shipment came in and also when a hold was lifted on the stone I wanted. They really took the time to explain the pro and cons of each stone. I recommend them highly!

We had a great experience with choosing, ordering and delivery of the product. The sales reps in the warehouse were very helpful and offered different options of stone, colors and sizes. We were very happy with the results. We chose their own manufactured quartz slab, which was large enough to give us countertops for our kitchen and three bathrooms. This was a huge win for us, as we came under our initial budget.

This is a huge warehouse featuring a wide selection of granite, soapstone, quartzite slabs. They also carry quartz and porcelain products. The staff is friendly and helpful.
