Our Orkin tech was amazing. We've had Orkin come out for almost 10 years and always get great customer service. Our tech even waited a couple minutes for me to get home so he could spray for ants inside the house

The tech Dave is great!! The guy Randy who sold me the Orkin plan not so great. The middle gal Danielle let me know Randy gave me wrong information. Had I known what I thought I was getting and what I got were 2 different things I would have not gone through with the service. The guy who recommended Orkin also recommended Axiom. I am going to see how this goes, but will cancel without hesitation if there is another miscommunication on Orkin’s part.

Our Orkin service people have often gone above and beyond for us. We get notifications before their arrival and a follow up when they’re done with the service. If we have a problem between services they don’t charge us for the extra house call. Cody has been especially helpful with flying stingers and nests, even though the call center warned me there was no “obligation” for our service person to deal with “special pests”. Cody arrived early and well prepared to take down a scary hornet nest. It feels really good to be able to call for help and get someone that can actually help you. That doesn’t happen often enough with businesses these days. Good job, Orkin!

ORKIN is THE best Pest Control Company! They came out today on very short notice to fix an urgent issue and the representative was so knowledgeable and helpful! Gotta love these guys!

This review is not applicable to the young man who did my service, he was very pleasant and respectful. But I don’t see how in less than five minutes time the cost of service can be so extremely high. I’m curious as to whether it’s a flat rate or priced out by time spent on service and materials used. If it’s the latter, I would love to see the breakdown, and then what that nice young man gets paid. At any rate, I need to decide whether I’ll use them in the future or not.

Orkin gets the job done. I have been a customer for many years for that reason. They also listen when I have concerns. Just ask the ants and other creatures that aren't in my home because of that! Their service people are hard-working fantastic folks who care.
