Standing in the store by myself for over a half hour waiting to be helped. Granted this is unusual but I have barely been acknowledged. Maybe I’m just invisible.
I thoroughly enjoy having ADI as a vendor. We are so lucky with Ben Anderson as a branch manager. He is attentive, catches details, and really bends over backwards for us customers. We have enough on our plate every day with demands from clients, that having a vendor like ADI makes our day so much easier.

ADI is great, unless you actually have to go in to the store. Everyone there seems grumpy and not interested in helping anyone. Countless times I've walked in and just stood there. Nobody acted like they even noticed me. Then, someone will come in and walk right up and take care of their business. They have one of the worst customer service environments I have ever witnessed. Order you equipment online and you won't have any issues.

It always takes 30 minutes to get in and out... Suggest to order everything and put in the 24 hour room, then it's in and out.... but they are awesome people, and I value their knowledge and ability to get me what I need in a hurry.
