After getting in touch with the right office for my area it was clear this would be a good experience. Communication was great, the tech was easy to work with and quick to diagnose. He didn't have the part on the truck but he returned a little bit later and got the machine up and running. Cost was within the industry average too. 10 out of 10 will utilize again
After not needing appliance repair in maybe 10 years, I had problems with a fridge 4 weeks ago and now a dryer. These guys did well both times and for the year 2024 seem to be fairly priced.

Our technician called and said he'd arrive within a half hour. He was on time, courteous. He had to run out for a part and was back quickly and now my oven works again. Very pleased. Highly recommend. Sorry I don't remember his name offhand, but I have his card at home, if we ever have another issue I will definitely call him again.

My washing machine just happened to break on my day off, out of 5 places called these guys were the only ones able to accommodate a same day fix. Jarrod made it out and had the issue fixed inside 20 minutes, he was also very personable and made it easy. Give em a call if you have appliance issues!

Scheduling was easy & we received same day service. Daniel was prompt, knowledgeable, professional & friendly. I especially liked the confirmation & picture of the service tech prior to arrival. I would recommend Mr. Appliance!

My Refrigerator stopped cooling on so far the hottest day of the tear! I called Mr. Appliance and Matt was here within hour. Immediately found the problem, fixed it, while explaining everything he was doing and why! I am BEYOND GRATEFUL to Matt H and to Mr Appliance! They are my go to from now on! Matt was absolutely amazing and extremely knowledgeable! Thank you again!

Danny was terrific! Professional. Fixed our problem. And, great personality! Knowledgable,,came when he said he would. And a great sense of humor! Will be calling you for any future appliance needs. Thank you!

Mike was very accommodating a knowledgeable. I appreciate him coming out and walking me through the diagnosis of my ovens issues. All though the cost to replace the oven verse fix the oven makes more sense I will definitely use Mr. Appliance in the future for my repair needs.

Matt was great! He was very polite, had great customer service, and went right to the task and got it fixed very quickly.
We will definitely utilize this company and him again if needed in the future
We also called just today and were able to get an appointment this afternoon and he was on time.
