Where do I start? What a terrible business and experience! I went to KC as a local small business owner looking for a partial wrap on new van I got. I had paid another graphic designer to do the logo and it was all ready to go. I go in and meet with Deb. She tells me the price of $1000.00 which I agreed on ! The main selling point to go with KC is she tells me is that she can get it done in one day and worst case the would wrap it up the next morning and have it back to me. This is huge for a local small busy business who relies on this van to earn a living. I paid half deposit and sent her the artwork I had. The designer they use put it in their system and sent me a proof. We made 1 minor change and he said ok I’ll approve and send to scheduling. Prob 20 minutes worth of work total! 2 plus weeks go by no call about install date. I reach out to Deb few times after saying she had to check with install dept. and she finally says they are busy. She said I can drop it off and the install team will get to in between jobs. What? I told her from the start I can’t be down without the van and that’s why I went with them in the first place. I told her no way and not acceptable. I Asked for my deposit back and it took 2 weeks. She told me I would only get some back because the art department spent time on it. I said ok how much. After another week I got money back and they took $268.00 out of the $500.00 deposit. For what ? 20 min worth of easy input of a design that was sent to them in the file they needed? Totally not cool. I sent a email requesting more money back and that I wanted to speak to the owner or manager. No call, no reply, nothing. I told them if I did not hear back I would go there and talk on person. I never had the time to go there and it was probably better off in the end! They never reached out and never got my full $500.00 or even something more reasonable back. Not even a call or email! This company sucks. They stole my money from a local hard working business. They did not do what they promised. I read other reviews with the similar scenarios . Do not waste your time with these low life’s! Communication sucks and they don’t care about customers! FYI- this is the first review I ever wrote at 39 years old and as a business owner!

This company has basically stolen my money at this point. On June 26th we paid half up front for a 1.5 foot by 6 foot simple flat sign to be installed outside of our office building. We were told 3-4 weeks for installation. It is now two and a half months later and the sign has "been completed and sitting in the shop" for a month at this point. We called two weeks ago for a refund and they refused. I have been told they were getting someone out to have it hung ASAP two weeks ago. Terrible customer service experience. Give us our money back or provide the services you sold us. Would give zero stars if I could.

We love our sign and get soooo many compliments on it! Was completed and installed in time for our open. Pricing was very reasonable and clearly communicated. Would recommend!!!
