Lost AC in our busy Dining Room on a Friday night. Called Priority Rentals Saturday morning, described my issue and they told me about options to solving our problem. She walked me through those options in great detail and at 4pm on a Saturday afternoon they drove us 3 water cooled units from Philly to DC. The driver called along the way to tell us he was delayed in traffic so he was going to be an hour behind; gotta love the communication. Driver also was tremendously helpful getting the units up and running. Very good pricing and the customer service was outstanding which can be hard to find nowadays. Great experience while dealing with a major issue. Two big thumbs up!
What a life saving company! Working in a retirement home setting and when the AC goes out , it becomes a major issue for the residents and staff. One call to Erik at priority rental and our problems were solved. Erik had come out the same day, assessed the situation, told us what we needed and the next day they were out to install. I had no idea this could be taken care of so fast and the equipment is like new, well serviced and when installed they even trained my staff on how to use it. The follow up customer service is the best I have ever seen with everyone being more than willing to go out of there way to help in any way they can. I can't say enough about the service and would recommend this company to anyone. We like the product and service so much that we have asked them to become one of our priority vendors. Great Job!!!!!

I manage a large restaurant in Center City where the AC went down and it was a long fix. Priority Rental gave the most outstanding customer service I've experienced from a vendor in a long time. They arrived within an hour of our request, effectively cooled down the restaurant in time to give better service, and any time there was a malfunction or issue with the equipment they were on the phone or in person to help out instantaneously. What an amazing experience. If there is a question between which vendor to use, go for these guys first! Ultimate professionals!

Great Pricing and Service. Priority got the specific heaters I needed out within 12 hours of requesting them. The heater are in great shape and work fantastic. The seasonal rental pricing is great since we know that we will need them for a long duration. There sales rep Erik Watson got me any info i needed quickly. Highly recommend.

We were very happy with our experience at Priority Rental. Nicole was really helpful and responsive in setting us up with the equipment we needed (a large AC unit and a generator to run it), the the delivery and set-up process went smoothly. We will definitely call Priority next time we need this type of equipment.
