I recently ordered some pipe insulation products from IMC. On the plus side, the saleswoman who took my order was knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. On the minus side, there were some problems with order fulfillment and delivery. First, the delivery truck didn’t show up at the agreed-upon time, requiring me to reschedule for the next day. On the next attempt, one of the products that they brought wasn’t what I ordered. I didn’t notice until it was too late and had to postpone doing my project a week, and that meant doing it myself instead of with a friend’s help. No discount was offered as a gesture of good will. Third time was the charm, but the driver still came a half hour earlier than scheduled, calling to let me know that he was there at 6:30a right as I was stepping out of the shower. I’d like to see IMC do better since these mistakes waste their customers’ time.
