Endless Pools Factory Showroom Reviews

Overall

We purchased our first Endless Pool in 2017. We recently purchased our second Endless Pool after moving to a new home. The pools come in various dimensions, depths, and configurations. They even offer a water bike, treadmill, and other accessories. Both of our pools have been indoors with the dual propulsion set up to swim side-by-side. The Endless Pools staff are helpful in assisting in the buying and selection process.

With our first pool, we were warned of the potential noise of the propulsion motors, so we upgraded to a quieter motor option. With our recent second pool purchase, the quieter motors came standard without having to upgrade. With our previous and current pools, we placed our motors outside in a shed, so we don’t hear them at all from the pool. However, when standing right next to the motors, it’s only a dull hum and not very loud.

Even with 6+ hours of usage per day, our pool water quality stays crystal clear. The pool is easy and cost effective to run and maintain. With heavy usage, we add about 1-2 cups of bleach per day and the filters are washable and reusable.

We enjoy the convenience of being able to swim and exercise without driving to a rec center or club and waiting for open lanes. Our teenage kids love it as a place to hang out with their friends and our young grandchildren look forward to visiting so they can play in the pool.

We loved our first Endless Pool and absolutely had to get a second one in our new home. It’s been a great solution for our family for both fitness and fun.

We purchased an Endless Pool last September. Unfortunately, the pool is still not complete. Endless pool recommended TLC Landscaping (Matt Tirpak, owner) for the installation. We met with Matt who showed us some of his work and felt he could do the job. WRONG! Do not let Endless pools recommend this company to install your pool. Matt is never on site, he and his office do not communicate with you regarding when they will be on site and what they are doing. Work had to be done multiple times as it wasn't done correctly. We spent over $14,000 with this company, the work is still not completed. and we finally had to part ways. I sent Endless Pools a long letter describing our frustration with TLC, which they never even sent an email that they received the information.
I will say customer service at Endless Pools has been helpful when called (to clarify or fix something TLC did incorrectly).

Our sales consultant, Monique, has been fabulous. We starting thinking about an Endless Pool a year ago but we’re a bit on the fence. Monique stated I touch with a gentle, non-pressured approach during the year. We recently went to the showroom for a private trial. Our pool will hopefully be installed by mid August. I’m not sure we would have climbed off the fence had it not been for Monique’s communication. Can’t wait to start exercising and hanging out in our new pool.

Wanted a heated indoor pool, four foot deep to use as a therapy pool (to help with arthritis). Some ups and downs in the process, but overall it has turned out even better than we were hoping for. The quality of the materials is top notch. Our design person was wonderful and very patient. Got great help from the head of Customer Service when we had to do the installation ourselves.

DO NOT even consider buying from Endless Pools. Here’s why. We are almost two years post installation and the pool still doesn’t work. We have tried relentlessly to get the support we need from Endless Pools to troubleshoot the plethora of equipment problems. We have spent hours upon hours repeating ourselves to customer service, only to be given the same instructions - usually requiring us to buy some testing gadgets and hire a service technician - to no avail. We have done everything we have been asked to do, diligently and patiently, and at one point actually thought we had it… but it worked for less than a week. It hasn't worked since. If you are still considering Endless Pools, understand their business model is to sell you the parts and pieces… the responsibility for installing it is yours. You will need to engage a number of different subcontractors - for concrete, gas, insulation, electrical, etc. We used one of Endless Pool's recommended installers, but understandably he isn’t qualified to do all the technical work. We even had a building general contractor supporting us. And yet, the pool won’t work. But will they send anyone out to help troubleshoot the issue? NO! Understand that the fact I’m writing this after nearly two years proves how patient we have been. We have tried VERY hard to figure out the issues, and when we have been sent new pieces of equipment, we have incurred the cost and our time tirelessly trying to solve the problems. The process has been extremely slow and frustrating. To give you an idea, we have had to replace the pump and motherboard - more than once! We have been exceedingly patient, and we are out of ideas and energy. We deserve a full refund because the pool we were sold was a lemon.
