Brenmar did an excellent job excavating and regrading along the side wall of our stand alone garage. His work will allow water to drain around the side of the building whereas before, water was traveling down through 4 ft.of soil and seeping under the block. This was causing interior damage to the wood wall inside. Mark is very conscientious and has great attention for detail. We appreciate the work he did!
Mark was a great honest man to work with. He was up front with me, no hidden cost. He was very professional in every aspect. I would totally recommend! Thank you Mark

Our quick review for Mark can be described with the following words: responsive, genuine, professional, thorough, fair and a really good human being.
Mark answered our initial call without having to leave a message. We also called 2 other businesses and waited a 3 days to hear from 1 and we still haven’t heard from the other.
Mark spent time on the phone listening to our water drainage problems, asking questions and gave some initial thoughts
He stopped by within a day of the phone conversation to assess the situation and give us a quote. He spent an hour looking everything over, diagnosing things, giving us a solution, thoroughly explaining what would be done and giving us a price. His price was very competitive & fair.
Upon learning our Son, who was also there, had some experience with this type of work, he spent another hour talking with him and walking through everything again with the project. He highly encouraged our Son to tackle the project and offered some of his time, expertise and tools/equipment to help our Son get started with the project and throughout to completion.
He’s been accessible in the last couple days with questions and recommendations about materials and suppliers.
We really appreciate the way he does business and more importantly the type of human being he is to take the time encouraging and helping our Son. Humanity was more important to him than making a buck and losing a job.
We definitely recommend giving him an opportunity to earn your business. While our Son is tackling this project, we will use Mark for any future work.

Mark was excellent. He spent a good deal of his time with us and saved us a boatload of money. This professional clearly told us all options available to us and recommended that Nothing needed to be done! Certainly, he will be our first choice in any excavation work or water proofing that we may need in the future. A great experience. Highly recommended.
