All parties from the company were very responsive and knowledgeable. I was able to schedule the estimate within a very reasonable time frame, and even after having to put off the work due to other priorities, I was able to get in their work queue within 2 weeks after reaching back out to follow up with the original request. On-site team was also very professional and self-sufficient once I showed them attic access. Would definitely recommend.
I had a wonderful experience with LV Insulation! The owner, Gerry walked me through what they could do and made some suggestions for areas that I can do myself. They insulated the attic and the knee walls of the second floor of our Cape Cod. after a cold spell where we still felt a little air movement he sent the crew back out and they identified the area and solved the problem. The crew was wonderful and very respectful. I would highly recommend these guys for insulation needs.

The guy showed up to estimate the job the day after I contacted them. Was friendly and professional and listened to me when I explained what I was looking to have done. As a result his estimate was in my budget. And they started the project a week later. The day of they were in and hour in 2 hours and cleaned up after themselves very well. The other two businesses I had quote the job quoted me $14,000 and $7,500 ABOVE Lehigh Valley Insulations quote. The other business refused to listen to what "I" wanted to have done and instead tried to upsell me on insanely expensive and unnecessary add ons.

These guys are fantastic! From start to finish this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a contractor, hands down. Jerry the owner was very professional and answered all of my questions in a very professional manner. The installers that came out to perform the work were very neat, respectful and did an amazing job!!!!! I would recommend these guys for any insulation needs you have. Thanks guys.

They did a great job, carefully insulating our home, both working from the inside and outside. Made me aware of some rotting wood, which was repaired before they closed up the siding. Everyone, from Jerry the owner to guys working on the house, everyone was very professional, and kind. They also were very careful that our very noisy but sweet rescue dog did not get out of our yard, as he watched the whole process, getting petted every now and then!

Filled out an online form for an estimate on insulating our attic and a space above our family room (they was very little existing insulation). I was literally was called an hour later from the owner for a follow up and to schedule a visit for my next available day. The owner was very professional and gave advice beyond the work they were doing. The estimate was a very fair price and it’s exactly what I was charged upon completion. He also helped us get rebates with our energy company for the work done.
The work was completed quickly and accurately. The team was friendly, knowledgeable and arrived on time. All the work was done in less than two hours. They also vacuumed after completing the work.

After installation of blown-in cellulose insulation, our house feels warmer already!!!
All communication happened directly with the owner, Gerry, who was very accommodating and reassuring. "Whatever it takes to make you happy." On installation day, the installers were courteous - respectful of the home both during installation (putting down tarps, protecting walls from scuffs, etc.) and after installation (cleaned and vacuumed to leave no trace behind).
I shopped around for this project and am very happy with my choice. I would happily recommend Lehigh Valley to a friend or family member.
