WELL WHERE TO BEGIN...
ANDREW ROSENBERGER OWNER OF LANG SURVEYING:
• GRADUATE OF ALFRED UNIVERSITY
• CLAIMS TO BE AN ‘EXPERT’ SURVEYER ?
• WANTED $1,200 FOR A BASIC SURVEY
• PRICE WAS FOR HIMSELF & ANOTHER WORKER...SAID PRICE FOR JUST ONE SURVEYER IS ABOUT THE SAME.
(ONE OF THESE CONTRACTORS THAT TRY TO TRICK WOMEN INTO THE ‘BRING ALONG DARYL, DARYL & HIS OTHER BROTHER DARYL’ TO PAD THE PRICE)
• DELIBERATELY & REPEATEDLY GAVE ME ‘MISINFORMATION’ SUCH AS:
- MISIDENTIFYING MARKERS (SEE PIC ATTACHED)
- DELIBERATELY MISREAD ABSTRACT SEVERAL TIMES
- COULD NOT READ A COMPASS ? ON ABSTRACT BY REVERSING THE 4 CARDINAL DIRECTIONS:
N S E W
- MINIMIZED THE IMPORTANCE OF PROPERTY LINES WITH THOSE OF NEIGHBORING PROPERTY FOR THIS SURVEY (WHICH NEEDED TO BE DONE DUE TO A PROPERTY DISPUTE WITH BOUNDARIES) BY SAYING IT WAS NOT IMPORTANT IF PROPERTY LINES WERE OFF A BIT. ?
• I COULD GO ON & ON...BUT QUITE
...’HE ISN’T WORTH IT’!
AND OH...PERHAPS THIS IS DUE TO MY BEING AN UNWARRANTED ‘PERSON OF INTEREST’ FOR MY ENTIRE LIFE SETUP FOR BLACKLISTING BY A VINDICTIVE FAMILY MEMBER. AND THUS A TARGET OF A GROUP KNOWN AS
‘CITIZENS ON PATROL’ ...AKA:
‘GANGSTALKERS’.
BUT NOT TO WORRY AS MR. ROSENBERGER BRAGS THAT HE HAS A DAUGHTER WHO IS DESTINED TO BE A SURVEYER SOME DAY...THAT IS IF SHE ISN’T A VICTIM OF THIS ILLEGAL ‘CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY’ OF GANG STALKING IN THE FUTURE.
BECAUSE SADLY...

I had the pleasure of learning under Andrew Rosenberger, the owner of Lang Surveying, before he owned Lang and worked for a competitor. As a land surveyor myself, there is no one better. He is a rarity in the profession, who cares about the client and the profession. Whenever I’m asked for a survey in the area that I can’t provide, I happily pass along his information knowing they’re in good hands.

Highly recommend Lang surveying for boundary surveying! Very good at communicating updates and very timely. Was fully willing to walk the beautifully marked property lines! Very professional! Thank you :)
