Technician arrived in the window allotted time in a clean well organized van. Technician was in a company uniform looking professional. He was friendly and spoke very highly of the company he works for. Explained all steps he took to diagnose the problem and had repair parts on his truck. Washer was fixed quickly and efficiently. He cleaned up after himself and asked if I had any questions. Very happy with this appliance repair company and will use and refer them in the future.

George was awesome!! Came equipped with an ignitor for our oven as that is the most common problem they have. Unfortunately our oven was a little more tedious than most; but he got it fixed up. Very nice guy, highly recommend.

Excellent customer service and ease of scheduling. Great ongoing communication via text, including a specific two-hour window and even a photo of the technician assigned to our problem. Hats off to our technician, Bo, who was friendly, courteous, and really knew his stuff. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem we were having with our upright freezer, and now it’s working great again. All of this for a very fair price. Highly recommended, and we will be using them again.

Wonderful company. The ladies I spoke to on the phone were very courteous and knowledgeable. The tech showed up on Thursday, knew right away what was wrong, called the office to see if the part was there (because there was only 1 showing available). It was reserved for another customer, but they ordered mine and it came in the next day. Tech returned Monday and replaced it. Tech was very friendly and professional. I will recommend Mr. Appliance to my friends and family. I can't really remark about the cost because I haven't had to get a repair done before, but for how fast the part came in and the fast service, I believe it was worth it. Great job by James! Definitely a 5 star business!!!
