We are thrilled with our renovations. We came in with a vision and the entire team at Creative made it happen. It wasn’t a small project and we were overwhelmed to say the least but in the end it went very smoothly and it ended up being exactly what we wanted. Team is easy to work with, responsive and very talented.
Ross, Harmony, and the rest of the CBC team were true professionals. The quality of design and workmanship stood out as the reason we hired them, and they met or exceeded every expectation.

While stationed overseas, we decided to relocate to our family farmhouse. This 293-year-old property had been updated in the 1990s but needed remodeling to suit a family with children. We worked with an experienced local architect who recommended that we interview another local business, Creative Building Concepts, which had already demonstrated the capability to work with historic homes. It was clear from the onset that they were truly a value-based company intent on delivering superior craftsmanship. Their team is augmented by a vetted collection of reliable subcontractors. Creative ensured that all work was completed to 100% of our satisfaction. Every hurdle was cleared with the consistent support of a dedicated crew guiding us through a complex decision making process. We appreciated the team’s professionalism and detailed approach during a very stressful process. We wholeheartedly endorse Creative Building Concepts with our strongest recommendation!

CBC recently completed a basement project for us that we have completely fallen in love with. They were great to work with and we have already recommended them to friends and neighbors. From design to completion, the team is fantastic. We highly recommend CBC and look forward to working with them in the future!

We have used Creative Building Concepts for two different projects in our home. First for a library, and then to remodel our entire kitchen, dining room, and living room. They were able to help us decide on a design idea that we both loved (Harmony is the Best!) and they made that idea a reality even with all of the challenges of Covid. They were able to bring both projects in on budget and they completed our kitchen ahead of schedule. I cannot recommend Ross and his team highly enough! They were there from start to finish...We had all of our questions answered right away and the process was transparent and consistent for both Projects...We will be using them again when we get to the bathrooms!
