We couldn’t be happier with our kitchen and living space addition. From the first point of contact they did an excellent job of hearing out our needs since we had a very specific idea of what we wanted. Once construction started, John, Billy, and Luca were the primary team working on the house. It was clear they all took pride in the work they do! John was always informative keeping us up to date on timelines. He even went above and beyond on several occasions coming to the property with short notice to make sure everything was in good order. Billy and Luca were always friendly and hard working. We can confidently say Beaver Building & Remodeling will be the contractor we use for any future projects on our home!
Long over due hall bath remodel has just been completed and we couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome!

Special shout out to Jeff Wilson, the lead on this project, along with his team members Bryce and Ryan. They were detailed oriented, respectful and left the work area tidy at the end of each day. Tiny kitchen with few options for expansion. Workmanship was excellent. Small renovation "surprises" dealt with quickly and we were kept in the loop at all times by the foreman, John
Cleanup everyday. And all who worked on the project were courteous and professional

Look no further. On budget, on time and shattered expectations. Kevin (owner) was destined to lead a skilled team of contractors to design and build your next vision. We welcomed the Beaver team in our home for 3 months renovating and extending a kitchen, building a new addition and re-purposing our laundry room (amongst other things). Our lead (Jeff Wilson) is aces. Jeff, Bryce and Alex were part of our family. Starting promptly, being respectful and playful with our young children and leaving the workspace safe and clean every day. Jeff kept the project on task and commanded quality in every detail of the project so that the outcome was perfect. Reviews are discretionary but the Beaver team earned 5+ stars start to finish. Kevin (owner) with Beaver Building and Remodeling met with us to discuss our multiple projects. He listened to our ideas while making his own suggestions and were are very happy with all the completed projects. Full master bathroom gut and redo, new front door entryway, hardwood stairs and railings, luxury vinyl planking of the first floor, and new robust and taller baseboards on the first floor. Jeff and his Team were great and paid attention to details. Would highly recommend and use them again.
