I contacted several companies to replace an elderly family member's gable awning. Unfortunately, most were non-responsive. John from Incredible Awning was and continued to be throughout this entire process. John, the family member and I are located in 3 different states, yet our project went off without a hitch. My family member spoke highly of John and his coworkers' professionalism. The awning looks great and is a more durable design than the previous one. I highly recommend Incredible Awning.

Yesterday I had an awning installed on my patio by Incredible Awnings, Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. John and his helper went the extra mile to make sure I was pleased with the awning. This is an outstanding company, and I would recommend it to anybody who’s looking for a retractable awning with a wind sensor. Kudos to John and his helper!
