This is a top notch, highly professional organization. We arranged the inspections with Kerry, who is highly personable and clearly customer-focused. She is an amazing ambassador for the company. The administrative process was simple and quick to complete. Travis performed general, termite and radon inspections/tests. I wish I could have joined him during the inspection as he is highly knowledgeable and professional--I would have learned much more from him. His report was clear, concise and it was abundantly evident where to focus my attention in reading his report. He included excellent pictures and a video to supplement his verbal commentary and (thankfully) omitted excess commentary within his report that would have been distracting. This will be my 12th home purchase and I heartily endorse South Central PA Home Inspection Co., Inc. if you are considering a home purchase within their operating territory. I would gladly employ their services again, if the need arises.

Let me start this review with my first impressions of calling in and asking to schedule an inspection on our first ever home. I spoke to Kerry and all I can say was wow, she was so personable and humorous and downright awesome to deal with in setting up this inspection. Unfortunately, our contract gave us seven days to complete an inspection and four of those days were taken up due to the weekend and time slots with scheduling being filled, which was all completely understandable due to the small number of days that was given to us. But fortunately, Kerry got us on the schedule the very next day! I received great words from a friend that highly recommended South Central Co. and boy did they provide such a delightful experience. I then met with Travis the next day at the home, he was very friendly and greeted us and went over the plan of action. He has a great eye of detail and immediately started finding issues that you would never notice. Travis was very helpful, courteous, and responsive to any and all questions we ever had for him. Overall, this company is impeccable, and deserves all of these great reviews as it shows in their work. And for any future purchases I will know who to call and recommend to others. The morning after the inspection we received a greatly detailed report of the issues and fixes that needed to be done. We are excited to continue in the process to complete this contract and make this house our home, thanks to the knowledge and professionalism given from South Central Co. This is my 2nd review for South Central PA Home Inspections, as I recently used the company again after my first home inspection in 2021. And, unlike movie sequels, this company met and exceeded expectations. Details: I had a short window to schedule an inspection the week of Christmas. I submitted an online request Christmas evening, and by the next morning I received a voicemail confirming my tentatively scheduled inspection and they had notified my realtor. Carrie is wonderfully efficient and personable, so much so that you look forward to speaking with her. Travis is prompt, professional, methodical and patient with his clients. I love his process. First time homebuyers and we did not know what to expect when looking for an inspector. I called a few places but I must say Carrie who booked the appointment was able to put me at ease and explained everything. She answered all of my questions and stated the inspector Travis would explain everything in great detail as he conducted the inspection. Needless to say, he did not disappoint. Travis completed a thorough inspection and went over every detail big and small. When we received the report, we already knew what to expect but it was great to see all of the pictures and information outlined for future reference. He also was willing to speak with my husband and I, as well as our realtor after the process and provide recommendations for radon mitigation. We are truly happy with the services South Central PA Home Inspection Company has provided.
