Did not repair our Viking fridge/freezer. Broke the ice maker and charged us to put a new one in. It has not made a single ice cube since he installed it. Blamed our electrical service, but the electrician laughed, said the problem was an incompetent repair person. We had another repair person look at it. He said Nbili disconnected all of the wires and plumbing and left them that way. Do not use this repair person.
This guy is excellent. He’s honest, fair priced and does excellent work. We called him for a control panel washer repair. Instead of telling us something was wrong, he said our washer controls were fine and didn’t need to be replaced. He operates his own family repair business and I would recommend him without reservation.

My refrigerator and freezer stopped making cold air, so I did some research online and saw good reviews for Nbili. This was the first time I used Nbili appliance repair. He answered my call immediately and was able to come out later that day. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained it to me and then ordered the part. The part came two days later and he came that same day to finish the repair. I would absolutely use Nbili appliance repair again and also recommend to friends.
The guy was super professional, friendly and a good value.
