VERY DISHONEST!!! You be the judge, they dispatched a tech to reset my clock for the unit's exercise time. The Tech intentionally did his best to milk the clock and mess with things that were totally unnecessary and unrelated. He moved at a snails pace and wanted to have a lot of small talk with me about unrelated topics to the job. The consequences of all of this is that he billed me $481.00 for 2.5 hours to adjust the time on a clock!!! When I spoke to the upper Management or owner about this and stated that I was going to report the incident to the Attorney General's office, he quickly apologized and returned $250.00 of my payment. They then put me on a "do not service" list. It should be noted that their only defense was that they said that they bill "portal to portal" and that's why the bill was so high. I found a different company that was fantastic "Emergency Service Company", I highly recommend them.

This company fixed a problem that another company couldn’t. We spent a fortune before this to try to find a diagnosis to a generator problem and was told it was a gas issue from Guerrera and Sons. It wasn’t that at all and we knew it but they insisted. It took a Good plumber to eliminate the gas being the issue, but we still were told it had something to do with gas by Guerrera. Our maintenance agreement was with them. Eastern Generator and Ben the technician diagnosed several Issues after extensive work and fixed our generator! We are so grateful and will be using them for now on!!!
