- less then 24 hours after posting this comment they responded via google but still haven’t heard from the project manager like we were promised. Even though we’ve called and left the message with office staff BEFORE the review. Interesting that they have time to copy and paste a generic response with no accountability but can’t actually speak to their costumers.
Still a garbage company with shoddy work and no follow through. Let’s see if we ever get these gutters fixed ??♀️

We had our roof and gutters redone by power less than a year ago.
The back gutters dented by a fallen tree in a high wind storm. They said the “lifetime warranty” would not cover the damage and would cost over $1k to fix it. The side and front gutters along with the fascia was ripped off the front and side during another storm. Neither set has been fixed yet despite already having paid them.
They have now rescheduled the repair 3 times over the last month. We’ve had the gutters literally sitting in our front yard. They never once called to reschedule, they just update the app with the new appointment. No communication. We called the office to complain and see what’s happening and they brushed us off basically saying “oh well, we’ll really come this time so it’s fine”. It’s the most unprofessional experience of my life.
Power Home installed new windows in our house and we love the windows. We replaced the old style grid windows with full glass and love the look. The crew did a great job. They left the site clean and took away all the debris. Two of our windows had water damage and they explained what they would do differently to prevent further damage in the future. They explained our warranty and how that would work. Our salesman also explained the warranty and as he showed us in his presentation, heat does not come through the windows and we’re in the middle of a heat wave this week so it was good timing. I when the salesman came to see us I just wanted to see what the cost would be and did not intend to replace the windows now but the cost to do so was less than I expected and very happy that we went forward with the project. We would definitely recommend Power Home for windows.

Staff provided thorough inspections from start to finish. Each of the representatives were kind, professional and personable. Created plans that fit our finances and came to evaluate the work after installation. Very superb customer service, made sure we were satisfied and answered all of our questions also went over basic of how to use some updated features. We were highly impressed with the information and education on the products and future recommendation for other windows we will be fixing in the near future. Impressed with the work overall.

Typically I don’t answer door knocks, but I’m
honestly glad I answered theirs. From the first conversation I had with them at my door to the last day of inspection once everything was done, the entire process was smooth and easy. Asides from windows, we also got our attic insulated. With the new install of windows and the attic insulation, we can already tell it is keeping the house cooler and comfortable to live in. Everyone we have interacted with at Power Home Remodeling has been a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

So, we have paid top dollars at times for work that at times we have been disappointed with. We could not have been more pleased with Power, both in price and quality of work. Even with 2 little things we found on our doors and 1 window, without question or convincing, they took care of it. They have been extremely competitive in pricing and the quality is every bit as good as we could have asked for. I highly recommend power, from the sales, to the consultations, to the install and clean-up after, unmatched. Best experience in the world.
