After I had my brand new roof put on I had nothing but trouble with this company. They installed my roof incomplete and I had major floods in my house during the first rain fall. Alec, showed no urgency of even coming until the evening the next day to take a look at it. He didnt even take down the full containers of water I had to put in my attic to catch the water. He did fix their mistake but did not acknowledge the inside damage of my house. When I asked what he was going to do about it, he offered me $400. I have thousands of dollars worth of damage to my house. I had to get a mitigation company out to suck up all the water and now I have holes that need to be repaired. Not only is my house a mess from the water damage but they left roofing nails in my driveway and I have to get a whole new tire replaced. There’s more than two nails in the one tire. This company is extremely unprofessional and does a quick job to get it done. They take no responsibility to the damage that they caused. They seem like they have all these good reviews and that’s why I used them. I wish I used a roofer that actually had a lot more experience and a owner of that stood by his work.
Very happy with my experience using East Coast Roofing Systems. We had storm damage and the roof was being covered by insurance. We actually had originally started the roof replacement process with another contractor, but I wasn't particularly happy with their communication. I reached out to East Coast Roofing and from day 1 they were great. I worked primarily with Kyle to get things scheduled and color picked out, etc. He was incredibly responsive and very transparent about everything. On the scheduled work day, Alec was on site all day and made sure I was in the loop on what was going on and when each step was happening. They took extra measures to protect the plants in my flower beds right near the house. After the work was done, they did a great job cleaning up and reached out a few days later to make sure there weren't any problems or anything.

I needed emergency work done on my roof. I called Alec and he came right over. The estimate was very reasonable. When he began the job, it was actually worse than anticipated. Alec was on site to supervise. He showed me pictures. He actually to many pics. His crew fixed the entire roof section quickly. I was prepared to pay much more than the estimate. I wanted to give his men a few dollars. Alec would not take more money. He said he would take care of his crew. He also said his estimate is the final dollar amount. I tried to compensate him more and he would not take it. The job is perfect. You would never know anything was wrong. He matched the shingle colors perfectly. His workmanship is superior and his word is golden. I Thank you so much for being a company with integrity.

East Coast Roofing System did an excellent high-quality job at an exceptional price. It only took them a half a day to replaced my gutters. Just some minor debris was left, but that was OK. I highly recommend this roofing company and I look forward to working with them in the future. I had to wait until it actually rained hard to do an honest evaluation. They replaced my gutters.The job was done May 28, 2024.

The professionalism, care, and customer care the company and Andrew took was over the top. They installed my roof (first roof on my first home) and walked me through the process and answered all my “dumb questions” with the utmost care and enthusiasm. I also noticed that Andrew took my Army unit flag and American flag poles out the holders, carefully folded them, and placed them on my porch where they wouldn’t get broken during the old roof removal. Can’t speak highly enough of Andrew and his crew! Made my first roof purchase on my first home easy.

I would highly recommend East Coast Roofing Systems for your roof repair or replacement. I had a piece of fascia blow off my roof during a recent storm. Alec and his crew were very professional and responsive throughout the entire process. Looks like new again!

Alec and his crew are top notch! We had a new roof, skylights, and gutter guards installed. We were very satisfied with East Coast from start to finish and were impressed with their professionalism, communication, price, quality, and ability to cleanup leaving the place as they found it. Go with this company, we are 1000% satisfied we did. After having several estimates from many area roofers. East Coast quotes you a price and you pay that price. In our case, several board around our fire place needed to be replaced. The price stayed the same. You won't second guess choosing them.
