Great experience with ERA! I’m a residential alarm system (and cameras) customer. The installation was professional and comfortable. They were on time, and addressed all of my questions. Gave me a full run down of my system looked for potential dead spots and gave me a full detailed explanation as to what I was getting and how it would protect me and my family. Their customer service is so easy. They actually pick up the phone and handle your inquiries and even troubleshoot in real time if needed. That was awesome not having to have to schedule another appointment just to get a quick answer to a question. I would refer to all who are looking for an alarm company to service their home, and want to be treated as a human being and valued customer rather than just a number. Highly recommend.
I wish I could give Andy a 10 Star rating. Andy is Amazing and the most reputable and affordable company in PA. Two other companies I had priced my commercial proposal with didn't know the code regulations and tried to throw the kitchen sink into the proposal to charge me 3x of what ERAs proposal was. Andy and co, knew the code and accurately worked with my architects to have scope of work exactly what I needed for the job. They are honest folks who will accurately interpreted the code requirements on new construction projects. The other companies that offered me proposals were either thieves or incompetent.

I recently purchased a property that ERA initially designed and installed a fire monitoring system, after finding documents and reaching out they were quick to respond and willing to make updates to the property as per updated city codes. All the representatives I worked/emailed with were very professional and responded very quickly. Any question I had was answered with detail and within 24 hrs, and with this being my first property needing fire alarm monitoring, communication and understanding of the process was crucial. I received certificates and permits within a reasonable amount of time as well. Overall I had a great experience with ERA.

They tried their best to make old system work but needed to upgrade in the end. Still great service, prompt responses, beat out the other guys by a long shot. Highly recommend

My wife and I couldn't be happier we went with ERA for our alarm system. The installation was seamless, and the staff thoroughly and patiently answered all of our questions. They took the time to show us around and explain exactly how the alarm system works. Since the initial installation, if we've had any questions, it's been super easy to get in touch with them. We also love that they're able to troubleshoot in real time if it's necessary. If you need an alarm company, definitely choose ERA.
