Extremely satisfied with the communication and quality of work, it was second to none. Jay was available around the clock and Nick did an amazing job with the work. I would highly recommend.
If you want cheap half-hearted work, they're your guys.... I hired them to enclose my crawl space beneath the house, and I was not impressed. They barely ran the plastic vapor barrier onto the wall, not up it. They didn't secure it to the wall with anchors or tape or anything. They spray foamed the seams of the platic instead of using tape, it looks bad and you have to be careful not to break it. They went OVER the water line with the main shutoff valve entering the house, and it took 3 weeks of repeatedly reaching out to them before they came to remedy it, and it was a sloppy remedy, too. This was also their second chance to clean up after themselves since they had to cut back some of the foam, and they left a bunch of scraps behind, but no, they still didn't clean their mess. They were considerably cheaper than the other 2 companies that came and gave me quotes, and now I know why.

I definitely will recommend Orr Industry to anyone!!They did quality work, very honest. Can’t believe the heat that was being wasted throughout the years! Also, they cleaned up after themselves!! Great work guys!

incase your not into reading long reviews, we must start with:
FIRST - MY HUSBAND DROPPED A $100, ONE OF THE GUYS FOUND IT, LET JASON KNOW AND IT WAS LEFT FOR US ON MY HUSBAND'S WORK BENCH!!!!!!!
Jason from sales: Responsive! Communicative - not pushy. Knowledgeable - not condescending. Jason is personable - got to know us first. Jason listened to what our concerns were and what we were hoping to gain. The estimate was clear and concise. Then the written estimate was exactly what was discussed. No hidden fees or extra charges.
The guys who showed up to blow the insulation showed up on time. All four of them were neat in appearance and polite. They had to move some things around and made good decisions: they didn't stack things on things they shouldn't, they moved things into secure positions and didn't break any of our belongings.
We rehired them to blow more insulation!!!

We are very pleased with the services Orr Industries provided. From the initial communication with sales rep Ryan, to the installation crew of Adam, Ervin and Marino. Communication was comprehensive, clear and prompt.
The scope of work was clearly outlined and explained. The price was at fair market value. The installation crew arrived early each day, worked diligently, and at the conclusion of the job left the site broom swept with all garbage bagged and neatly stacked.
Not only was the technical job on par but the professionalism made this experience a "win-win".
