I had called a few local electricians for quotes to change our halogen lighting to LED under the kitchen cabinets. I had purchased the new lights and driver/switch combo on my own so we just needed a professional to install. I called Jolt and spoke to Lisa who was very kind and got a date set up right away for Steve to come out and provide a quote. Steve showed up and was very personable and honest. He introduced himself and handed me a card, then took a look at what he would be working with and gave me a quote right on the spot. I say he is honest because the quote he provided was 2/3's the price of another local electrician! Steve is also licensed and insured so we decided to go with him and I am glad we did. I signed the quote and Lisa reached out the next day to schedule our install. Steve showed up early on the date he was scheduled! That's nice considering a lot of the time everyone is running late. He got our job in a quickly and the new lights look/operate great! If you're looking for a kind, responsive, courteous and honest electrician don't hesitate to contact Jolt.
We've used JOLT for many jobs over the years we've been in this house. Steve is always a pleasure to work with. Professional, prompt, and always courteous.

Steve has always been great and responsive to our needs. He installed our Generac whole house generator years ago and services it for us annually. The couple of times we’ve needed him when our generator had a fault, he responded quickly to resolve the issue. I highly recommend JOLT Electrical Services!

We've been working with JOLT Electrical Services for over five years now. Steve has come out annually to do maintenance work on our generator and has consistently done a great job (the generator always runs when it needs to!) for a fair price, and we get detailed notes for our own records about what was done during the service each year. Lisa is also extremely helpful in reaching out with a reminder when it's time to schedule the annual service, and gets us on the schedule quickly every time. Highly recommend working with JOLT!

Steve arrived at the correct time. The electrical outlet problem that I had in the basement was complete with knowing exactly what to do.
Steve was professional and honest.
I will certainly contact Jolt Electrical Services if I need further assistance with electrical issues.

What a breath of fresh air to find a reliable electrician! Steve showed up right on time and I called the same day he quickly fixed my electrical issue and was very reasonable. His wife Lisa is very pleasant to talk to as well. I will definitely use them in the future.

Steve, who is the owner of JOLT, is a prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely good electrician who has over 25+ years of experience, and he lives in Chester county. I like working with local vendors.
His prices are more than fair for the work that he does, and so far lower than his competitors! Before I worked with Steve, I received quotes to install ceiling fans and pendant lights in my new home; then we had him do additional work after he did the first job so well. There was at least one time when the job didn’t cost as much as he quoted, and he quickly sent out a revised invoice. We had him install our portable generator so I could hook into an outlet in our garage that fit into our electrical panel, so if we needed to use the portable generator it would automatically power different switches in our home. We already had the portable generator That we bought for our previous home, and didn’t need to use it more than a few times. It’s only a few years old but in good condition and he happily set this up for us. If we decide we want a permanent generator we can still use the set up that he created with some additional modifications.
Steve doesn’t charge to give estimates either, which some contractors do; I don’t believe in that. If a vendor wants my business, they should be happy to give me a quote without charging me to do so.
My husband and I are extremely happy with Steve /JOLT and will continue to use him for all of our electrical needs.
