We discovered our water heater had flooded our basement at 9pm on a Thursday. I called Aqua Restore It at 6:30a on Friday. Jimmie came within a few hours to assess the situation. He returned a short while later with a worker and supplies to dry out our basement and remove the water damaged drywall and molding. They left their equipment over the weekend so everything could dry out and kept the equipment an extra day because the plumber through our warranty company hadn't been out yet. Jimmie was very communicative and kind. He referred me to another plumber who came out to assess the situation and give and estimate as well. I couldn't be happier with the work from Aqua Restore It.
Jimmy and Jason are great! They did my dryer vent clean out as well as carpeted stairs and rugs. They arrive on time and are careful of the homeowner’s property. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and use them again. Great service!

I am very pleased with the inspection performed by the team of Aqua Restore It Company. Mr Jimmy Lebrón and his assistant Shaun checked thoroughly my house, especially the attic and crawl space to determine the possibility of mold. They were punctual and very professional. I surely recommend Aqua Restore Il Company services!

Our bathroom ceiling had accumulated some condensation mold, my husband found Aqua Restore it, we love to support small businesses. We called Stephanie she was very nice and professional, she came to our house took measurements, pictures explained the details of the job. Day of work Jimmy and his guys came out they were very polite, laid down protective cloths for my carpet set up and industrial air filter due to the mold. The job was done all in one day. I love they came out on a Saturday so we didn't have to miss any work. One area I feel could improve is the amount of time it took to respond to calls, emails and texts.
