I literally called seventeen engineering firms on that day and only Sue at Bustamante Engineers answered my questions and was willing to accommodate our more than tight schedule of home inspections. We also had a very competent engineer coming out to the house who prepared a thorough report outlining not only the issues but also solutions on how to address them. It was a simply unbelievable experience.
