My roof was over 25 years old and due to poor ventilation over the years the wood under the shingles was in poor condition and needed more attention than was originally expected. Your team worked with me to find the correct solution and complete a superior finished product with the proper ventilation. We just had our roof replaced by William Penn Roofing and the whole experience could not have gone any smoother. Since we used William Penn Roofing to change our skylights several years ago, we called them when we needed a new roof. During the whole process, David, Kim and Ashley were always responsive when we reached out to them with questions. The installation was completed in one day and the crew did a fabulous job of cleaning up any dropped nails and pieces of the old roof that had fallen on our lawn. I mentioned to David while they were installing the roof that the roof of my garden shed had recently sprung a leak and he fixed it for us on the spot. From first call to service call a wonderful experience. Rebecca in the office was excellent to deal with. She has such a kind personality and is very accommodating. David is the gentleman that came out to fix a second story gutter that pulled away from the house. He was polite, pleasant, and thorough. He took the time to educate me on what was wrong and how he planned to fix it. He checked the entire home to make sure nothing else was amiss. He made the repair and the cost of of it was very reasonable. This is a great company from start to finish. I would use them again in a heartbeat and would certainly recommend them to anyone in need of gutters or gutter repair.

David and his team were awesome to work with. A few years back, David came out to assess a repair and fixed the issue right on the spot! After our initial meeting, I knew I would chose William Penn Roofing when it came time for a replacement. Scheduling over the winter can present somewhat of a challenge with the weather. David came out to patch over some missing shingles as we were due for weather that would delay replacement. I appreciated his pro-active thoughtfulness and forethought. The office staff was both kind and responsive to any and all of my questions along the way. I chose the Pewter Gray and couldn't be happier with the results. I even opted to also have the gutters replaced. The on-site team did a nice job cleaning up after themselves. I would definitely recommend David and his team at William Penn Roofing.

My experience with William Penn Roofing exceeded my expectations. The inspection and quote process was thorough and I had a chance to see the materials to make a good selection. All questions were answered patiently by Kim and I felt at ease with his advice and and explanations. The whole project was done in one day in spite of all of the surprise findings. The project manager Dave was excellent with communications as changes were needed and he made sure all the extra help was provided. The crew were efficient and, according to one neighbor, seemed to get along well as a group while they worked. The clean up was impressive-- I have not found one nail on the ground. The room with the skylight replacement was completely cleaned and the tarps folded. The whole process was very professional and I would highly recommend the service of William Penn Roofing for your home.

The sales team is thorough with inspecting the home inside and out. They offer several choices of roof and options based on your needs (including how long you plan stay at that home). All choices are of excellent quality. The company frequently communicates with the home owner before, during and after replacement. Their work both with replacement and clean up is excellent. Also, you will never find a harder working or more professional group of people at a work site. I am very pleased with my new roof, and I highly recommend William Penn Roofing.

We had a small leak in our roof that was leaking into our bedroom. I called several companies, all of which came out and told us we needed a new roof. One of those companies came out and charged me 600 dollars to put a tarp on the roof that blew off in the first storm. A friend recommended that I get another opinion from William Penn Roofing and I’m so glad that I did. The owner of the company, Dave, came out personally and told us we did not need a new roof yet and that he could repair it for a very reasonable price. That night when he came out, he took the time to cover the damaged area up with the tarp the previous company had left with me. A week later he came back and repaired our roof. We have been dry ever since and when the time comes for a new roof, Dave will be getting the call.
