Roof Works, very refreshing to find a reputable, experienced company focused on customer service. The representative I worked with was Michael N. He was very knowledgeable, professional and was low pressure. Michael took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my decision and the products I had chosen for my new roof. Michael provided excellent customer service. The installation crew removed the old roof and installed the new roof in one day ... impressive. The crew was very diligent cleaning up. I would work with Michael and Roof Works again. They make sure it is done the right way. I now have a beautiful new roof.
Scott Henck was wonderful with my parents. Explained every detail. Even called to check in on the progress. All the workers who place roof down and put the gutters on were wonderful. Took time to talk and explain what they were going to do. Showed up on time and cleaned up when done.

Spurge was so helpful and professional. He answered all of our questions and didn't pressure us into buying a roof like another company that we had in our home. He explained the difference between the various materials, and pros and cons of each. Dylan and his install team were amazing, too. The project was completed in about 3 days. I would recommend Roof Works to anyone that needs a new roof.

The Roof Works USA team did a fantastic job from the estimating, to the scheduling of the roof replacement, to the actual roof installation. The completed roof looks great!!! I would hire Roof Works USA again if ever needed.
Spurgeon Brenchak visited to provide the initial estimate and was very professional and provided details for all the options available (steel, shingles, various types/options, etc). The estimate was provided right on the spot during that visit.
Ken communicated the scheduling for the roof replacement and coordinated the schedule to fit my schedule. Very easy to work with.
Nelson was the lead for the installation crew and was very respectful, professional, and courteous.
The entire Roof Works USA team was very professional and detailed with everything. Very little debris fell to the ground during the old shingle removal and the cleanup after installing the new roof was spotless (large tarps were used to capture any debris that did fall and anything close the house was protected.)
Their care in identifying a couple of issues with some of the plywood boards on the roof (wavy/curling up) and discussing with me to replace or not replace was very much appreciated. (I had them replace 3 sheets of plywood that were showing signs of this issue to prevent the finished new roof looking wavy in those spots or potentially having an issue in the future.)
Thanks again for everything, and I would highly recommend Roof Works USA!!!!

Exceptional experience from start to finish. Extremely professional was in contact with me throughout the Entire project. Showed up on time completed the job roof looks fabulous. Cleanup was absolutely amazing. There was zero evidence that any work was done on the house. Extremely satisfied

These guys were amazing to deal with, and we are very happy with the work they did. We recently moved to the area and had no idea who to call when it came time to replace the roof on our recently purchased home. We set up appointments with 5 local companies to come out and give us estimates. The prices we were getting between the companies were ranging from $17,000 to $42,000, which seemed odd. Why would there be such a difference between companies? I also found it disturbing how badly the other companies were speaking of one another? So, when Mike from Roof Works showed up, we immediately hit it off. I told him about the other quotes I'd received, and if he was going to give me a quote in the 40k range, then we're both wasting our time here. He took his measurements, and then we sat down and talked price. I knew we would be going with this company just off of how the process was going at this point. About 6 weeks later, the weather cleared up, and Mike called, asking if his crew would be able to come out. I was a little surprised as this was weeks earlier than we had originally scheduled! They showed up, and 2 days later, our roof was done! When they were done, they ran magnetic sweepers over our entire yard. They did an amazing job cleaning up any other debris in the yard as well!! Would absolutely recommend them!!
