One of the smoothest projects ever!!!
Please bear with me but if you can’t, I leave you with one thought - this project was as smooth, as effortless, and as fun as it could possibly be - perfection!! This project was 26 years in the making, I could only give it attention starting in May 2022, and Maintain It All was with me every single step of the way. Homeowners association. Property Committee requirements. Township requirements. People not understanding the measurements of, and what my property really look like so that this project would look like it was original to the property design. Every step of the way, all of the representatives were kind, thoughtful, stepped in to help, and we finally got approved!
Scheduling was super easy. I am home when contractors are here, that’s me… Absolutely not required, and I have to tell you, when I ask them to do work in the future, I have no worries about not being home, and that the work completed will be 100% on point.
Every single team member was on time, professional, respectful of the property, and human. And by human I mean we laughed, we chatted, they would pause work so I could take my before and after photos for my family. And seriously, not one person standing still doing nothing. They were all ready to go because time was of the essence. Boiling hot pavement at the ready. Truly fantastic ! I have already recommended them to others and I know if they are hired, they will be completely happy with the outcome.
Thank you to everyone - most of whom I was blessed to know by name at the end of the project. There were so many coming in and out for their portion of the work, perfect choreography. And, I am sure this was a very small project for them. Not for me. It’s my home. And they treated me as though I was the only customer they were worried about. Can’t wait to see all of you again!

Excellent work on a challenging project!
Replaced entire steep asphalt driveway, two concrete aprons, curb and sidewalk sections. Re-pitched new driveway to divert water away from the house.
Gianni, Lia and Jesse worked with us every step of the way. They were accessible, responsive, considerate and respectful. All around, very professional, great customer service and a pleasure doing business with.
We’re very happy with the final result!
