Al was an absolute pleasure to work with every step in the home inspection process. He was extremely thorough during the inspection and took the time to make sure my wife and I understood everything. Al is very knowledgable but also down to earth and friendly. Great communication, fast scheduling, prompt delivery of the inspection report -- we had an A++ experience all around. We couldn't be happier with our decision to hire Al Morris Home Inspections, and will gladly recommend him to friends and family in the future!
I'm not sure if it's a good thing I've went through as many homes as I have in the past 7 years, but here we are. I have had the opportunity to work with multiple home inspectors. I really don't have much constructive feedback to give honestly.
From the initial set up phase of finding an inspector Al has a small team that allows you to know who you're talking to and leaves very little to confusion as far as what is going to happen and what is needed so going into this I already knew what was going to happen during the inspection and what the limitations were. They have a easy user friendly website and payment system so ... really ... hard to complain here in my opinion. Also they have many examples of different types of home reports depending what you might be looking for.
During the inspection Al was punctual and professional and explained things to a knowledge level I feel anyone could understand. If I had questions he answered them in regards to what we were looking at as well as what I could expect to see on the report. One thing I really liked was he was happy to take a moment to answer your questions, but he obviously had a method to ensure he didn't lose track of what he was doing and would go back to where he was to ensure he didn't miss anything. He took lots of pictures for documentation for the report ... more than were in the report which was helpful since sometimes I would ask for a different view of a specific item to place in the report if it was something I was going to ask for a repair or a credit on and he had a picture of just about everything I wanted.
TLDR - High quality knowledgeable inspector with a small team with great communication resulting in a thorough easy to understand report in a short turnaround time.

I would highly recommend Al Morris Home Inspections, LLC! We have owned several homes and we have never had an inspector as thorough. Al not only took the time to explain everything he was doing he also specifically addressed concerns we had. He said he did not want to leave at the end of our inspection unless we were 100% comfortable with everything he had gone over and any further questions we may have had. Al’s written report was very detailed as well. There were no surprises since he took the time with us but having everything so detailed in the written report was wonderful. Al has also followed up to see how the rest of the process of purchasing our new home has gone. He is truly professional and takes great pride in his business but he is also compassionate with his clients and truly wants them to feel confident with their investment. Again, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!!!

Al's slogan is "Hire a home inspector that treats you like family" and that is 100% true. As a first time buyer, this was a whole new world to us. Al was recommended to us, we had never heard of him prior. We took a leap of faith and called his business. The woman who answered the phone (Al's wife) was incredible. She was kind and beyond helpful with booking a day/ time that worked for everyone's schedule. On inspection day, Al was prompt, tools ready to go and eager to help. He was clear and concise on how everything was going to happen. My fiancé, my parents and my fiancé's parents were all able to attend. Before Al started the inspection, he gathered us in a group to explain 1) what the plan is 2) reassured us we can follow his every footstep if we wanted to and 3) that we could ask any questions at any time during the inspection. Al is truly a great person but also extremely professional and knows the ins and outs of his job very well. He was thorough, took pictures of everything and incredibly knowable. The entire process was easy and painless. After Al was done with his inspection, he once again gathered us in a group to go over some findings. Thank god there was nothing major, however he did send a VERY detailed report the next day. My Fiancé and I are thankful for Al as he made the unknown less scary and more optimistic. We highly highly highly recommend Al Morris Home Inspections to anyone who is looking for an inspector, he is the absolute BEST (and he will treat you like family)!!

Amazing experience from start to end. Super convenient booking, Stephanie was able to reschedule us quickly after a mix up on our end.
Al was nothing short of an EXPERT! As first time home owners we didn’t know everything to look for. Even with our home being a new construction, Al was able to provide us not only with an inspection but educated us on everything in our home. We are grateful for his detailed report which allowed us to have notes for the future as well. He even went as far as to help us get familiar with the area. ?? I would recommend them over and over again! Torre and I thank you both for all the help

I highly recommend Al Morris Home Inspection. Scheduling with Stephanie was simple, and she was incredibly friendly. On the day of, Al was prompt and personable. He clearly explained the inspection process and what he would be covering before he started. Al was extremely thorough, providing detailed explanations of his findings and answering all our questions. His expertise and thoroughness provided us with invaluable insights and peace of mind. Al and his wife are an exceptional team. She handled all of the appointments and was extremely helpful which made for a pleasant no drama experience. She has great people skills and organization. Al is exceptionally talented and thorough. He knows his stuff. He explained everything and covered it all. His report was generated in the same day and both myself and the seller had no issues with the content. We highly recommend this firm! They are great!
