5 star service for sure! The crew was timely and pleasant to work with. Alfonso was a good communicator. Bill was friendly, informative and personable. They did a beautiful job and left our property clean.
Josh and Kat made the business end of this so easy, even when we weren't easy to work with due to insurance demands. They did a great job making this a smooth process with a clear contract and constant communication.
Would hire again for sure and recommend to anyone.
We are very pleased with East Penn Roofing. Josh spent time checking our roof and then explaining the problems with us. We felt that the cost was fair, especially after the job was done. The crew was respectful, quick and very tidy. Even with all the big equipment there was barely a mark on our grass.
The roof looks great. We would highly recommend !

East Penn Roofing did an amazing job on our new roof. We had to wait a few months due to dealing with Tesla to remove our solar panels. They were very flexible scheduling our roof replacement around Tesla. When it was time to replace our roof the project manager was transparent regarding the service and the roofing team worked quick, but thoroughly. The clean up crew did a great job post installation. I would highly recommend East Penn Roofing for roofing needs, quality service and affordability.

After numerous quotes, we wound up going with East Penn Roofing. During the quote, Josh took his time (over 2 hours!) with us, was incredibly thorough, detailed and answered any questions that we had. Pricing was very good and competitive.
Everything was well communicated up to the day of the job. His team was in and out same day, and did an impeccable job. Cleanup was just as good. The next day the gutters were installed and again - another wonderful job. The team seemed very focused and knew what they were doing.
I've worked with a lot of different contractors over the years, and Josh is hands down one of the best to work with. He's very reasonable, understanding, fair and personable.
I can without a doubt, highly recommend East Penn Roofing. Thank you Josh!

The team at East Penn Roofing exceeded our expectations with their exceptional workmanship in installing our new roof and gutters. East Penn Roofing did a great job replacing the asphalt shingle portion of our roof and identifying and replacing the few broken slates that needed it on the other portion of our roof. Kat in the office kept us apprised of when the crew would get to our house after a few weeks with quite a bit of rain. And when the crew got here they did an outstanding and professional job. Even though the old asphalt shingles and tar paper underlayment had to be thrown off the second story roof, the crew protected the land around the house and did a thorough clean up of the property before they left.

We had a wonderful experience with East Penn Roofing - from the estimate to completed project. Josh is a solid guy with years of experience. Bill & Mauricio managed the project and communicated every detail. My fiance, who was a Project Manager for a home building company, said he never saw a cleaner job site after the roof job was done. I highly recommend East Penn Roofing! Honest, dependable, and deliver on their contract.

I absolutely recommend East Penn Roofing! During a storm, three weeks ago, the shingles blew off of our roof. I called East Penn Roofing and within a couple of days, a really nice person named Tyler arrived and talked with us, and gave us an overview of the situation along with a very reasonable quote for the job. One week later, the job was done! Katie was amazing at keeping us informed on schduling and arrival times of the crew. This was my very first experience with a roofing company, and let me tell you, I was very impressed from beginning to end! East Penn Roofing sets a very high standard! Thank you, everyone!

Awesome job from start to finish. The estimate process was easy to coordinate and a good thorough inspection of my roof and situation was done. When the work was done, the crew was excellent and kept me in the loop regarding status. Everything was done in one day. They were very careful with moving things around the outside of my house and the cleanup process was great! I would highly recommend East Penn Roofing to everyone!
