Jim relayed the importance to me of having an emergency readiness profile. The process was seamless and enjoyable and I feel confident in Servpro professionalism.

Serve pro came out for mitigation after basement flooding. The guys that drained and cleaned up everything, Jermaine and Gino, did a fantastic job. Very competent and professional. The people that came out to check the dryers were excellent. Very competent and careful. Shout out to Monique, Dakar, Tyler, and the others who came. They made Serve Pro look good!

Servpro was very professional and courteous. The manager Jeff Reif had everything well done. Servpro was there for the cleanup quickly. The construction part was fantastic. All of the employees who entered my home was professional and hard working. They took the time to understand my needs and they addressed all of them. They explained the process as well as gave me a timeline on how everything was going to be done. I highly recommend them. Jason Reif is a True Asset to his company with Remarkable customer service.

2 months ago servpro came out to clean my house after there was a fire in the kitchen. The clean up was done in just a few days and looked great considering what had happened. Then recently, Nicole from the office called just to thank me for being a customer and see how I was doing. I'm so impressed with the amazing customer service on top of the amazing job they did.

The photos below show some of my belongings AFTER they were "cleaned" by ServPro. As best I can tell, all ServPro did is pack up my belongings that suffered smoke damage, moved them to their facility, then returned them a month later. From my conversations with the staff at ServPro, I expected them to unpack and clean everything, treat everything with ozone, then repack everything. They might have put the boxes in an ozone chamber, and they might have "cleaned" three pieces of furniture, though incompletely. It looked like my belongings came back in the same boxes in which they left and were never unpacked, cleaned, or repacked. (Note, also, how they packed the knives.) Their movers damaged all of my expensive pieces of furniture, and their staff lost at least a dozen items. Although ServPro did ask if I wanted anything cleaned again, I would have had to return everything to their facility, but, at that point, I felt my belongings were safer in my own hands.
