We had First State to build a Sunroom. We absolutely love it. Working with Joe Oakes was a pleasure. We love his showroom. It made it easier to pick options. Our project Manager Matt Dilanni was also a pleasure to work with. Great guys. Friendly. Polite. The crew was fantastic. We loved the guys. Polite. Was like we knew them for years. Cleaned up daily. Did beautiful work.
We are extremely happy with our deck, outdoor kitchen and patio from First State. From the customer service to the workmanship everything was outstanding. One of the biggest things that stood out to us was the follow up/customer service. When we started looking at companies, pricing was not in our budget. We were very upfront about timing and asked for a follow up (or two) and like clockwork, Joe was on it! This was one of the reasons we ultimately decided on FSBD.
Joe brought our vision to life. John, our project manager, was on-site daily making sure everything was how we envisioned it. Communication was top notch all around. The finished product is beautiful. We've spent many days and nights on our new space and look forward to many more in the years to come!

I cannot thank FSBD enough for the fantastic renovation they did to our home. I decided to share the before and after photos as folks won’t believe the insane transformation that the FSBD team was able to pull off.
We went through a major renovation, which included a gut of our kitchen, pushing out our house into the existing porch area to extend the new kitchen, building a brand new 4 season room on the back of the house, and completely redoing our patio space…and let it be known that FSBD was the best contractor to handle all of these changes.
Joe, Kalee, Nancy, and the crews that worked everyday for 3 months were incredible to work with. Joe is a fantastic owner and always there if you needed to escalate. Kalee and Nancy are the best interior designers I’ve ever seen - they knew how to match my wife and I’s style to perfection and were also a pleasure to work with. You can just tell from the pictures the incredible transformation they were able pull off in the kitchen…we were amazed and incredibly happy with the final product. The crews were extremely friendly (shout out to Tom) and always on time every day - they also knew what they were doing and always there if you had questions about anything.
I really don't need to say more as the pictures do it justice - this company and team were incredible and I will recommend them to anyone that needs any sort of renovation (from a bathroom to a full on house renovation) - thank you FSBD team! ?

Joe, Pete and their team were fantastic. They communicated daily and kept us in the loop for the progress of our project. Any small requests that we had they handled promptly and put up with all of our questions! If you're getting a project done, call FSBD.

FSDB did an amazing job on our patio. Joe took the time to meet with us multiple times to discuss the project in detail. Pete (our foreman) was on point. I have to say their crews were amazing. Matt and Abner were extremely professional, hard working, and talented. The job site was cleaned up and safe daily. Fred did beautiful work on the masonry. Tom did an amazing job installing cabinets and other odds and ends. The patio is beautiful beyond words and even more than I envisioned or expected. We had a few minor issues with subcontractors that Joe took the initiative to correct and fix without complaint. We would use them again for other projects and gladly recommend to anyone looking for work to be done.
