They installed my new garage door a few years ago and it's fantastic. Unfortunately I had Orkin Pest control here. They removed the bottom of my garage door to install a rodent proof door seal which the bottom did not need to be removed. Anyway I told Orkin to take their product away. Well, they threw my original door bottom away. So I called Crosby and they took care of the problem quickly. Yes I had to pay for it but the cost was definitely more than fair. Orkin did reimburse me for material and time. Thanks Crosby Crew!!

Our spring broke on our garage door so I couldn’t get my car out of the garage. They came over the same day and replaced it. Excellent and professional service! I would definitely recommend them!

So very happy with the service received! They came out within a few hours from calling, were very professional and knowledgeable, and not only did they fix my opener, but they also lubricated and calibrated both doors, I had not asked for this and I’m so impressed and thankful for this extra service. Will hire them again for sure.

Crosby and Mike were very good to deal with. Door order took longer than we'd like, but I blame Covid. Install crew of two did a GREAT job. Beautiful doors and good operation. They installed an opener we provided, with no complaints. Wonderful addition to our unique house. Very satisfied.
