We have repeatedly been calling GHS to address a problem with our battery not switching over to battery backup during electricity outages. IT IS FRICKING FREEZING IN PA. We did have some responses early on, (this all began in July 2023), but despite promises to be in contact with us over the past week, we have heard nothing. In October 2023, we arranged for our own service to attempt to diagnose the problem, with promises from GHS that we would be reimbursed, but, nah...so far no reimbursement. So what gives GHS--are you going to do what you promised or not?

I couldn't be much more pleased with how well my experience With Green Solar has gone. They came in price wise with all other companies I received estimates from but were able to schedule my install 6 months sooner than the others. They were more flexible with equipment options. The install was complete in two days despite the fact that I required updates to my electrical service and I have a challenging pitch to my roof. The work was top notch and the support is always available at short notice. I will be doing further business when I decide to expand with battery back up and ev charger. I will be recommending Green Solar to anyone that I discuss my system with.

Throughout the entire process, I felt like Green Solar was trying to do the best they could for us. I love that they are local, and you always get an actual person when you reach out.
