3 years ago I couldn't get my pool filter to work properly and dealt with a green pool for half of the summer. It was a Pentair DE filter that could only run on low because a weird plastic piece was cracked and I couldn't find a replacement after visiting 6 pool stores. Buchmyer's came out and replaced the craptastic Pentair filter with a Hayward sand filter and they used the existing Pentair 15.HP pump to save me some money. Now that imported garbage setup has been replaced with Hayward and standard hose fittings that I can get from any hardware store. They did a decent job and I will be calling them back for sand replacement next season.

Discovered a significant leak when we were closing our pool. The office staff and the pool technicians worked to resolve our problem in the quickest way possible. We are so pleased with the professionalism and kindness they all extended us. Highly recommend this team. They are going to be our go-to for any and all future pool needs.

Service was ABOVE expectations. These people really helped me out. I had a pool cleaner poop out and they were an authorized service center. They helped me navigate the warranty process as the manufacturer had changed hands. Nice people and very helpful. I drove 45 minutes to get there and I'm glad I did. Highly recommended

Buchmyer's Pools worked with us to redo our damaged pool liner. Their pricing was reasonable for the job and, even when there were some hiccups with installation, they made sure to collaborate with us to ensure the job was completed to a high degree of quality and satisfaction. One of the owners even came out personally to ensure things were completed as expected. They are dedicated to the customer experience and I would work with them again.
