We recently experienced a kitchen fire that left our home in disarray, and we were in dire need of professional assistance to restore it back to its former glory. After researching extensively, we came across BMS CAT and decided to entrust them with the task. It turned out to be one of the best decisions we made during this challenging time. From the initial consultation to the final touches, BMS CAT demonstrated unparalleled professionalism, expertise, and dedication. They provided us with a comprehensive plan outlining the restoration process, timeline, and cost estimates, which helped alleviate much of our stress. Throughout the restoration journey, the team, specifically Don, Reggie and Mark, exhibited remarkable attention to detail and craftsmanship. They repaired and replaced damaged structures, fixtures, and appliances, ensuring that every aspect of our kitchen was restored to its pre-fire condition, if not better. The communication from BMS was outstanding. They kept us informed at every step of the way, promptly addressing any concerns or questions we had. Their transparency and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart. Not only did BMS deliver exceptional workmanship, but they also completed the project very timely, which was impressive given the extent of the damage. We had a water leak in our bathroom upstairs that we discovered in 12/2022. Our insurance company referred BMS CAT to do the repairs. They would show up late if they even showed up at all and work about 3 hours and then leave. We had to have the tile removed 4 different times in small areas because of poor quality. BMS CAT told us they are doing a 2 phase operation on our bathroom. After phase 1 of completion of tile in our shower they were paid in full. We called multiple times to get phase 2 started which is our flooring in the bathroom. BMS CAT called our insurance company and told them we are trying to get free work and have our insurance company pay for it. My wife and I were completely shocked. It is now August of 2023 and our bathroom is still not complete. The entire job should have taken no more than 2 weeks. I would not recommend this company for any type of work. I would give no starts in my review but that was not an option.

We had BMS Cat come out to inspect water damage when our water heater leaked in our basement. Sean and his team were on time and explained the whole process. They did an excellent job getting up our flooring and removing it. I would recommend this company.

Well, Mellon sent an outstanding team to help us when we needed their help. Out of their entire team I was much impressed by Shirl as she not only did an outstanding job herself but ensured others also follow her standards. I would strongly recommend Melon to send Shirl for every critical work that needs utmost care. If I have to pick only one person from the entire team of Mellon , it would be Shirl!
