As a tile only contractor I usually send customers to Conestoga, so they can get help choosing a tile with help in the showroom. Then I order their choice and pick it up on arrival to the warehouse. They also sponsor small seminars to educate us on products like Schluter. Always courteous service and able to help with any problems. I highly recommend Conestoga.

If I could only give less then 1 star.... this place would get it. WARNING: All Potential customers and contractors stay away!!! 1. These folks are pathological and categorical liars. They will lie to your face with a smile on theirs. The level of fraud and deceit is truly remarkable. They prey on the public and contractors all day long. Check your receipts carefully! 2. The customer service is awful, the front desk keeps fighting with the back desk and airing out their "laundry" infront of customers. Not a nice look. Although I do have to say, the front desk service staff is actually very nice. The back desk is completely void of any humanity or common sense. They will do everything in their power to treat you like trash and ensure you don't give them repeat businesses. Not a big shocker why Daltile is significantly a better experience. 3. If your a contractor that does high volume, you should SKIP THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! !!! they will lie and deceive you every week. Do not listen to their faulty B.S promises on lead time. They will happily tell you one thing to your face and three weeks later lie about the whole thing and claim that you are the one who doesn't know w2hat your talking about. 4. Prices = over priced big time!! Daltile is significantly more cost competitive and you actually get treated like a human being. Summary= Skip this place at all costs

The service and selection of tiles is outstanding! Lydia was our consultant, and she did a fantastic job of not rushing us and then selecting a number of tiles based on our initial description of what we were looking for. She even brought out countertop samples to help us visualize along with the paint color samples we had. Once we brought the tiles home, we realized they were not what we thought we wanted for our kitchen. So we went back, and and after reviewing why the first set of tiles didn't work for us, were able to find additional tiles to bring home. And one tile became the perfect one, which our installer has now placed the order for. We absolutely recommend Conestoga Tile!
